This was our second stay at this condo and it was great just like the first. It is nicely done and very comfortable. Most things you need to enjoy a beach vacation are provided. Hosts are great to communicate with and respond quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing condo!

Can't say enough good things about this condo. It was impeccable from the cleanliness to the furnishings. Had everything you could want or need. The mattresses and sheets were amazing. The location is great too. Very easy walk onto the beach. Highly recommend.

Family Visit

We enjoyed a quick spring break getaway. Everything was fantastic. The condo was "as advertised"! It was very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy yourself at the beach or the pool.

Wonderful Stay

Great location and perfect unit. Great for two people or couples. Owners are very thoughtful about needs. Extremely clean and lots of little touches. Not at all cluttered but beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Boat race weekend

Stay was outstanding perfect weekend for the boat races.. Condo was immaculate and very organized, enjoyed my stay. Owners very accommodating, this will always be my place to book when I am visiting the area.

Awesome

The whole trip overall was awesome the room had everything in it that you would need for a beach trip. The location is perfect and not far from Cocoa Beach pier. Our host were awesome we had a small mishap on our first night and they responded promptly and it was all handled. I would stay here anytime.

Great Condo with Ocean Views

Clean condo exactly as described in listing. Beach was beautiful and only steps away. Condo was well stocked with all amenities. Nice little family trip and would definitely return if we visit Cocoa Beach again. Saw a rocket launch too!

This place was truly amazing. The balcony looked right out at the pool and we could see right to the beach. It was close to a lot of shops, Lori Wilson Park (can rent boards, chairs, and umbrellas there), and restaurants. The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything for our stay including beach towels, beach chairs, and a body board. We had a great time.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed staying here during our family beach vacation. The condo is just as described. Nicely updated and very clean. Had everything available the we might need. Even provide towels, chairs & umbrella to use at the beach that was just a few steps away. Location was great! Anywhere we wanted to go was just a few minutes away. Marilyn was fantastic to work with. Responded very quickly to any questions we had & was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little getaway!

My husband, 2 1/2 year old daughter, and I spent 4 days at this beautiful rental! We spent time at the pool, beach, playground (that the host recommended to us), Ron Jon’s, and The Dinosaur Store, all of which were less than 10 miles north of the condo. The location from the front door to the pool/beach was perfect seeing as we had a toddler and all of her belongings to tote around. Those with little ones know exactly what I’m talking about! The host gave us some great information on nearby restaurants/grocery stores/parks. While on the subject of the host, I want to highlight how responsive and kind she was!! Everyone at the pool was friendly and didn’t seem to mind that a toddler was there. We felt very welcomed! As for the condo itself, I was very impressed with many things including how well stocked it was (Tupperware, pizza cutter, matching silverware, plastic wrap, hand/dish soap, etc.). Things were labeled which was helpful (light switches and TV remotes aren’t always the easiest to figure out). The main bedroom was spacious and the second bedroom was big enough to fit a pack-n-play in. It had its own bathroom. The living space was spacious and open. Let’s not forget the view from the living room and balcony! Ahhhhh. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony while our daughter greeted all of our friendly neighbors. Looking forward to staying there again, especially since it’s only a couple hours drive for us. Thank you for a wonderful little getaway!

Beach Trip

We had an outstanding stay in Coco. Condo is located in prime area for beach going, shopping, restraints and night spots. Parking is adequate most of the time but arrangements have been made for overflow close to apartment parking Owners of Condo were very responsive to our needs and questions. Would consider using again.

A first-class condo

This condo, owned by a couple (not a corporation), is beautifully decorated and equipped. All amenities, including beach chairs and towels, are included. A bonus is that NASA rocket launches can be seen from the beach in the back of the condo. An amazing sight. We would definitely go back again.

Family Spring Break Trip

This condo beyond exceeded our expectations. It has all you need to have time away from home. Very clean, close to beach and friendly complex. Close access to restaurants, stores and other attractions. Marilyn was great with communication and we would love to return in the near future!
