Family Spring Break Trip

This condo beyond exceeded our expectations. It has all you need to have time away from home. Very clean, close to beach and friendly complex. Close access to restaurants, stores and other attractions. Marilyn was great with communication and we would love to return in the near future!

Great location, comfortable, beautiful decor, easy access to beach

Beautiful condo and location. Enjoyed celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday. Everything was very convenient and all comforts were provided. Especially enjoyed the easy beach access. Great host too!

Wonderful stay

Condo was perfect for our family with two small kids. Kids loved walking from the pool to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Included everything needed to go out on the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Family Visit

We enjoyed a quick spring break getaway. Everything was fantastic. The condo was "as advertised"! It was very clean and had everything you would need to enjoy yourself at the beach or the pool.

Great location and perfect unit. Great for two people or couples. Owners are very thoughtful about needs. Extremely clean and lots of little touches. Not at all cluttered but beautifully decorated and comfortable.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This is one of the BEST VRBO properties we've ever visited. The interior looks brand new, the beds are super comfortable and the organization of everything is after the heart of any engineer. Everything is in its place and labeled. Love it. We will absolutely return should we visit Cocoa Beach again. BOOK THIS ONE!

Fantastic

We could not have been happier with this condo. The attention to detail is amazing. Marilyn was very attentive and even messaged us to let us know when the Rocket Launches were scheduled to take place while we were there. My husband and I can not wait to return to this beautiful home away from home. We were sad to leave.

Wonderful 4th of July

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was in a perfect location and was exactly as described. We had a small issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly on the first day and the owners were very responsive and did everything they could to fix the issue as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend this condo to others. I have very high cleaning expectations and was not disappointed. It was very nicely decorated and the condo was in a great location steps to the beach. Marilyn was super responsive and accommodating. Hoping to return again soon.

Beautiful, well equipped, great beach condo!!

Marilyn was fast responding and very nice. The condo was very well renovated and decorated. Beds were super comfy, and all the beach gear was there..and more! Kitchen was great and anything you can think of is there. We had a brief stay but wish it had been longer. A little pricier than some other condos in the area, but well worth it! We’ll def book again when coming to the area. We got to see rocket launch too!
