Note: Owners Shannon & Charlie live in a backyard barndominium, and can be as available as needed, but invisible otherwise. The driveway is the only shared space so you will have the entire house and pool to yourselves!A perfect place for making wonderful memories together! The main level has a private queen bedroom, and a second bedroom with a queen and a double bed, then across the hallway is a bathroom with double vanities and a combination shower/jetted tub which passes through the infrared sauna room and into the swimming pool area. Also on the main level is a spacious living room with adjoining game table area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, coffee bar, laundry room, and half bath. Upstairs is a second living area with a pool table, 2 twin beds, a twin daybed, 4 futon chairs, and TWO luxurious master bedrooms! First, there is a 1000 square-foot main master bedroom with a king bed, a daybed, and a pull out loveseat plus lots of extra floor mattresses in the closet, along with a kitchenette, massage table, a star-gazing patio with seating for two, and a massive bathroom with a sprawling soaker tub for two and a wall TV for your relaxing entertainment. The second upstairs master has a king bed, two twin beds, and a twin size day bed, and another full bathroom with double vanities and a steam shower, and a staircase that leads directly into the sauna room/swimming pool area. Our guests describe the house as “an amazing architectural wonder“ and “a beautiful blend of luxury and homeyness!“Guests will have the entire 6000 ft.² house to themselves.Feel free to call or text with any needs at all! We also have assistants that live across the street that can help in our absence.Fellows Lake Marina & Miller Park, Playground & Pavilion is a 5-minute walk, and the Dirt 66 hiking and biking trails take you 13 miles around the Fellows Lake area. Stunningly beautiful!There’s plenty of parking behind a security fence surrounding the 2 acre property. We are 20 minutes from downtown Springfield.

Base price is for up to 10 people, then additional guests are $20 per person per night, 20 people maximum. An additional $250 fee applies for Events/Gatherings where additional guests are invited onto the property for day use. $500 additional fee for weddings (max. 50 people). Additional pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies to all animals, including emotional support animals.
