Entire Spacious, Cozy home with backyard retreat

This Norman Getaway is a spacious home with plenty of room for your entire group! With space for up to 10 guests, every bedroom has access to their own bathroom. The home boasts 2 living areas, a fully stocked kitchen, a covered pergola with a gas fire pit, backyard gas grill and pool area. The home is within walking distance to the OU campus, campus corner and the Oklahoma Memorial football stadium. You’re going to love it here!

The 3 bedrooms upstairs all have a King sized bed. There is a Queen sized Murphy bed in the downstairs living room, and 2 roll away beds (1 upstairs, and 1 downstairs) if needed as well.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. When booking, you will be contacted by our 3rd party guest verification team (Know your Guest - Superhog) to complete our independent verification.

You will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. This is a very quick process and ensures we are dealing with an actual guest and helps us filter out all of the scam booking requests.
HOUSE RULES:

No parties or events

Quiet time: 10:00 p.m.--8:00 a.m.

Booking Guests must be 25 years of age to book the property,

No unregistered guests or visitors

No smoking or vaping inside

No Illegal substances

No pets

No eating or drinking in bedrooms

Please don't re-arrange the furniture

Please use the provided make-up washcloths for removal.

First aid kit and fire extinguisher located in the laundry room.

We ask guests to kindly dispose of food in the available trash can. Garbage disposal is for small food remnants only.

Housekeeping will take care of washing all towels and bedding. Please leave all used beds unmade and place dirty towels in showers/tubs.

Please leave the fireplace remote in its designated spot. The fireplace has gas logs and is operated by remote. Please do not put anything in the fireplace!

The logs to the right of the fireplace are for decoration purposes only.

There will be a $500 fine if police are called for noise complaint.

$400 fine for smoking in the home.

$100 fine for each lost or missing remote

Failure to comply with these rules will result in additional charges. Guests will be responsible for any damages or theft.



POOL/OUTDOOR RULES:

No parties or events

Quiet time: 10:00 p.m.--8:00 a.m.

Pool is closed late September through the 1st of April.

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Do not use pool/hot tub alone.

Please do not bring glass in or near the pool/hot tub.

No diving or running.

Do not get in the water under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or if you are ill.

All children 14 and under using swim area must be supervised by an adult, toddlers must wear a swim diaper.

Pool towels are located in the laundry room above the dryer. Please place all dirty pool towels in hamper in the laundry room.

If outdoor kitchen is used, make sure all burners are off and grill hood is down when finished.

Elderly persons, pregnant women and those with health conditions should consult physician before entering hot tub.

REFUND POLICY:
We will not issue refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

EXTRA GUESTS
No more than 10 overnight guests in the home
Pricing includes up to 8 guests.
$50/guest/night will be charged for additional overnight guests.
