Welcome to this exquisite beachfront property boasting stunning views of the Emerald Coast and offering access to a community pool. This spacious property accommodates up to 17 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and 2 office spaces - an ideal setting for family gatherings, friend getaways, and remote work retreats. Situated on the East end of 30A, the property is just a short stroll from the vibrant downtown area of Rosemary Beach, with its charming open markets, boutique shops, and diverse dining options.

Upon entering the home, the first floor presents two inviting bedrooms: a Master King Ensuite with a private outdoor patio and a Queen Ensuite. The first-floor deck offers breathtaking views, comfortable seating, and a fire pit, providing a perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. Moving to the second floor, you'll discover a well-appointed open kitchen and living space that opens up to a balcony with captivating Gulf views. This level also features an office space and a bunk room equipped with a 3-story Queen Bunk and a 3-story Twin Bunk, along with a full bathroom. Furthermore, the third floor offers a Full bed and crib ideal for families with young children. The management team was fabulous!! Very quick to respond to any questions. The house was in an incredible location and ideal for a beachfront stay. I would go back and give five stars if I could. The only thing to mention is some of the furniture is a little worn and the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as other homes we have rented. Overall I would go back every year to this home.

Wonderful quick weekend get away!

Great house, great view, great location!

The house was perfect, it felt clean and new, unlike some of the other homes in the area, including Rosemary. The management company was great too. They were very responsive and had a great personal touch with things. The view itself from the back balcony was worth a million bucks, especially at sunset. I highly recommend.

Breakdown:Good Parts:- Location is amazing private beach, and walkable to the town- The design of property is okay for multiple families- The laundry room is great to have- Kitchen with two dishwashers is awesomeThe Bad:- The property was not clean at all - The table is sticky I think it was a very bad stain job- The property had some cooling issues on the middle level- Not enough trash bags, especially if you are directed to clean the property upon leaving- No garage access its the propert owners storage- Bunk bed room is insane for small kids its too dangerous top bunk is like 20 ft high.- No lights on the bottom back deck- No ceiling fans on the middle deck- The couches are worn out completely- The property requires a bunch checkout stuff like moving the trashcan, moving all the towels to a location in the property, and dishwasher work

Could live on this patio forever

We have two little kids so this is our first beach trip in a while. We wanted it to be good. This house certainly did not disappoint. It had everything. The upstairs office area holds two cribs and it's actually worked out perfectly for our 1.5 and 3.5 year old. Plus we could hear them wake from the master. This patio however is EVERYTHING. Plan on spending hours there. The only concern with little kids is the heavy concrete tables...the tops are not attached so I was a little uneasy with these (but I'm uneasy with a lot). The kitchen was perfect for all meals. The beds were comfy. The place was clean and well stocked. The only "trouble" was getting most of the doors closed and locked (the latches weren't easy). I would stay here a million times over. The master bath boasts the most beautiful sunset...but just get down to the beach...it's literally steps away.

This was the second time our family stayed at this location. Last year we were overall very please which is why we rented it again this year. However, the home desperately needs work. First, the house was dirty. It had not been cleaned well at all. We found crumbs on floor, goldfish on floor, piece of glass in the floor, and confetti from what was most likely a bachelorette party on the floor. The fabric on chairs was dirty and stained. The couch is worn out. The downstairs master had cockroaches in it. The main floor had an ant problem. the dining table has a very sticky film all over it. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. The walls, cabinets, doors, etc... all need to be cleaned and wiped down. Lastly, we did not have WIFI all week which caused a big problem for those that were trying to work. We noticed the house is for sale and most likely has been just left to get worn out and not refreshed. The location and views are beautiful but doesn't make-up for the fact it is not well maintained. We will not rent this property again.

Great home for our whole family

Beautiful home tucked in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach. The living room and kitchen large enough to accommodate our families needs gracefully, and kitchen with most all of the small wares that we needed. Being a chef, the kitchen was not as well equipped as I would’ve liked, pans were a bit scratched, the blender did not work, the oven only worked on convection not bake. I also think it’s rather strange when you’re only given a couple of rolls of toilet paper, and a roll of paper towel, and a few garbage bags. For how expensive our stay was, you would think these very basic toiletries would be provided. Also, reached out about recycling, doesn’t seem to exist, despite our group wanting to be able to recycle, only garbage cans were provided. Also, the surroundsound music did not work, and when I tried to contact the audio guy, he didn’t respond
