Waterfront Home on Lake Chelan, Pet Friendly!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath dog friendly charmer is perfect for a family or small group of friends. It rests right on the banks on Lake Chelan so you can enjoy lake access right outside your doorstep. With a shared dock (left side only) and a buoy, you are welcome to bring your boat or jet ski. You can marvel at the views from the lake facing hot tub or while barbequing just feet from the water line. Head indoors to your open kitchen and dining area, just perfect for family meal, then settle in for a movie night on the living room TV projector. Keep cozy during the cold season with the indoor wood fireplace. If you're looking for a humble and comfortable home for your vacation, this is the home for you!

Dog Friendly with approval and acceptance of the Pet Agreement. Dogs must be declared in the Rental Agreement. 

(No overnight moorage on the shared dock, day use only. Use the left side of the dock only. The boat lift is out of order. You can tie up to the buoy for overnight moorage.)

Sliding door was broken....Spiders everywhere. Even earwigs...Several things were not explained. Could have left note.Stove was very hard to understand. A note would be nice.Garbage disposal switch was in a hard place to find and use. Hand to put wet hands down under the sink to turn on. Not safe at all. Should be up above the sink.Seems like all the owners want is the money. Not value for the customer.

The POTENTIAL of this place

I’m surprised by all the rave reviews. This place is pretty dilapidated. As we pulled up we were really hoping it wasn’t the ONE unkept house on the street (it was). -There were spiders and cobwebs everywhere inside and outside.-Hot tub was cold and not working, but was disgusting anyways.-They have a bunch of old stacked up outdoor stuff on the side of the house-Lawn care guys showed up and let themselves in the back with no notice? (Luckily we were there and put the dog inside)-The shower was extremely slow to drain so there was mildew/mold on the shower curtain, toilet constantly ran. Felt dirty even showering.-It’s not a good location to go for a walk with your dogs or family.I could go on to list several more things unfortunately. Other than the fenced yard for the dog(s), and on the lake, I would not recommend this place. If they would do a lot of minor improvements, this place could be really something special.

Girls’ getaway

I reserved this location for my girlfriend and a few of her friends for a birthday girls’ trip and it got rave reviews! Beautiful location, close to town and wineries. Whether you’re looking to just chill at the house or use it as a base camp for adventure around Chelan, this is a fantastic spot!

Getaway

Relaxing location, very quiet and peaceful in the shoulder season. Would be a great spot for summer travel. House is small, and parking is tight. I understand their requirement for no more than 2 vehicles allowed. The 4 person limit is odd for a 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 twins and 2 queen beds. Having the hot tub in the colder season was fantastic. Fun stay

Beautiful view of Lake Chelan

Check in and check out was extremely easy! My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio drinking a cup of coffee, the views were spectacular! The city of Chelan is only a 7-8 minute drive and there are tons of wineries on the main road. The only drawback was the hot tub. The cover of the hot tub is falling apart (dry rotted) and needs to be replaced.

Unbeatable Lake View

My husband and I stayed here for a quick fall getaway. We were thrilled with the location and particularly the hot tub right at the lake’s edge. The house is a little dated and minimally outfitted but spotlessly clean. Kudos also for a great selection of vacation reading. We weren’t looking for luxury - we were looking for the hot tub and the view and we definitely got that.

Definitely needs upgrading. The beds are very uncomfortable. We left one night early, building needs to be sprayed off lots of cobwebs, We sprayed it off to see if it would help with all the bugs

Great Family Vacation Spot

My whole family enjoyed our stay! We all loved the access to the lake and dock as well as the outdoor hot tub. This place is perfect for a relaxing and fun family getaway!

Nice relaxing house

The house was older and had quirky decor. Smelled a little musty and old inside. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood. Parking is tight. Nice dock. Weird living room tv/projector situation we couldn’t figure out. Perfect for a dog, we brought ours and she loved it. Kitchen was well stocked. A little bit of a drive to town but lots of wineries close by. The hot tub at night was so relaxing.

Ideal winter location to stay

The house, on the water, has an incredible view and is steps away from the water. The house is spacious, well maintained, quiet and has a hot tub that was nice to use each night while looking at the stars and drinking wine.

Chelan lake trip

Only a couple items - would recommend instruction on how to use the stove and hot tub. Also the projection tv is needing to be replaced. Would also recommend buying beach towels from Costco they are not expensive and would help guest that are coming from out of state ..

End of Summer Get Away

The good: Location, location, location - this property is well situated right on the lake yet still close to town. The yard was lovely, the hot tub was clean and well maintained, there was a new patio set that was comfy and a great spot to sit and enjoy the morning coffee. The house had a great flow and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property management company was great - they responded quickly and addressed any concern immediately. The bad: The house is stuck in the nineties and had a ton of deferred maintenance. The kitchen had a broken window, the downstairs toilet ran until you jiggled the handle a couple of times, the fruit flies and bugs were pretty bad inside the house. There was only one garbage bag provided for our whole stay. The projector TV was only viewable after dark - it was impossible to see the screen during the day when the room was too bright. Overall: This was a pleasant place where we would bring our dog - while the house needed some updates the location and view were spectacular.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Absolutely perfect location! We enjoyed our stay and were so happy we were able to bring our little dog as well. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Everything we needed was supplied so we were able to cook our meals. Loved the hot tub and my husband loved the projector tv he stayed up watching movies every night. Nice to be able to walk a few feet and jump in for a swim. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great family property

Overall this property has everything you might want for a lakefront property. Very clean but not fussy. Very nice fenced in grassy yard on the waterfront side next to the covered patio. The only thing that is missing is a Keurig pod coffee maker instead of the regular, old fashioned coffee pot. We would rent this property again.

a week to relax

The house sat right on the lake, with a dock, the water was so clear, we had ducks out side with our wine. s visit us every day. Sat out side in morning with our coffee, late afternoon we sat outside with our wine. We had beautiful weather, mid 70's. Went to all the parks, walked the down town area. Walking paths were great, very nice , near the lake. I love winery's, they have a lot to choose from. Our favorite was "Tsillan Cellars" Shopping was fabulous. Nice week to relax.
