The Space:
Avens Haven is a beautifully remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that comfortably sleeps 12. This house is in the quiet Holiday Beach subdivision, in the heart of Crystal Beach. You are moments away from all of the restaurants and shopping of the area. The deck has plenty of seating for lounging, dining, or just visiting with friends and family - you can soak up the sun or enjoy the shade. There are views of the Gulf of Mexico just down the convenient beach access road. The beach is just a short walk using the subdivision walkover.
The living area is beautifully furnished and a great place to relax, and it's open to the fully stocked kitchen. You will find all you need to prepare and serve glorious meals, with ample cookware and modern appliances including a wine fridge and Keurig coffee maker. You will have the comforts of home with DirecTV for your viewing, high speed internet, and an on-site washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a modern ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two offers one queen bed, while bedroom three has 2 full over queen bunk beds.
The large downstairs area has room for parking and entertaining! You'll find a small bar with 6 barstools, and a charcoal grill. The outdoor sand shower is a great bonus after a day with your toes in the sand. Avens Haven is truly a haven for your family vacation!
No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
