I apologize for the cleanliness issues. I do not take this lightly, and it has been addressed. All guests should expect clean accommodations. After receiving a message that the thermostat temperature was locked at 75 degrees, I checked the thermostat online. It did not appear to be locked, and the temperature could be adjusted remotely. The HVAC service was called out and found no problems with the thermostat or the cooling. During this time, the thermostat was monitored online very closely. At times, the AC was performing at or near the temperature set on the thermostat and below 75 degrees. After departure, there was no work performed on the AC and no adjustments made. The AC automatically returned to its standard performance level, cooling consistently to the temperature set by the thermostat (and cooling into the 60's). It has been functioning fine since. Please note that leaving the door to the porch open or leaving windows cracked or even going in and out continuously while holding the door wide open can greatly affect the cooling ability of the hvac system especially in very hot and humid conditions.

Both of the bathroom tubs had drainage problems just a week or so apart. The drain on each tub was cleaned out the following day after receiving notification.
