Élégante maison de 7CH avec piscine privée, jacuzzi relaxant & salle de jeux

Thank you Jennifer for your fantastic review! We’re so glad to hear that you had a great stay and found the house clean and the location convenient. It was a pleasure to have you, and we appreciate the kind words about our communication. We hope to welcome you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the property and the resort amenities. We would like to emphasize that we perform a thorough deep cleaning before each check-in to ensure the home is properly prepared for our guests. Regarding the air conditioning, as soon as we were informed, we provided the necessary support and had a technician on-site the same day to resolve the issue. We also provide our contact number in the reservation details for easy access, and we are always available to assist whenever needed. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you again in the future 😊

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we're glad to hear that, overall, your stay was great. We apologize for the inconvenience related to the early check-in and understand how that situation could have been uncomfortable. To provide more clarity and convenience for our guests, there is a standard fee for early check-in, which allows us to properly prepare the house with attention and care. We appreciate your understanding and your valuable feedback. We look forward to hosting you again soon!

It’s great to hear that your group of 24 enjoyed the house and found the neighbors welcoming. Regarding the gate: That experience is definitely not what we want for our guests. Security is managed by the community HOA, but their rudeness and inconsistency regarding the vehicle limit is unacceptable. We will be filing a formal complaint with the association management to ensure they are more professional and clear with guests moving forward. Good luck with the raffle! We’d love to have you all back for another stay.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. From the beginning of your stay, our team was available and provided all necessary support to address the reported issues as quickly as possible. Regarding the pool and hot tub heating, we issued a refund for the days in which the service was not functioning, as requested. We remain committed to supporting our guests and resolving any concerns whenever they arise. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our services.

Hello, we’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet expectations. Pool heating is an optional, paid add-on, and we’ll review our communication process to avoid late-night frustration. The bed will be inspected and repaired as a priority. As stated in the listing, we provide only an initial starter kit of supplies (we do not offer refills of coffee, condiments, or personal items). Parking must follow the community rules, and we’ll reinforce the instructions to make them clearer. Regarding late checkout, unfortunately we’re not able to offer it, as we need adequate time for our cleaning team to prepare the home properly for the next guest. That said, we do allow a 15-minute grace period after checkout time when possible. Thank you for your feedback, and we remain available to help.
