Entièrement rénové avec des appareils haut de gamme, planchers de bois, grandes fenêtres, douche à vapeur et bien plus encore.

Situé sur 5 hectares privés avec une vue imprenable sur Taos et les montagnes, la maison est entourée par des hectares infinis de champs de chevaux ouverts tout en étant proche de la place du centre-ville. Cette maison en adobe entièrement rénovée dispose de parquet, de puits de lumière et de bois de rondin partout.

La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont grands et ouverts. La cuisine spacieuse a des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils électroménagers et un grand îlot pour cuisiner ou se rassembler. Une table à manger extensible peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes. Ou étant si proche de la ville, passez la nuit à cuisiner et restez dans de bons restaurants en quelques minutes. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 52 pouces et d'une cheminée en verre.

Une véranda enveloppante avec un chauffe-terrasse ou une terrasse à l'étage offrent de superbes endroits pour voir une vue imprenable sur les incroyables couchers de soleil et montagnes de Taos. La grande véranda peut également être utilisée comme salle de boue.

La chambre principale et la salle de bain à l'étage ont été entièrement rénovées. Les fenêtres de 8 pieds offrent une vue fantastique sur les montagnes depuis la chambre et la salle de bain. Asseyez-vous dans la douche à vapeur de 7 pieds et admirez la vue. Nouvellement carrelé avec un comptoir en granit. La chambre est confortable avec un tapis berbère et une vue imprenable depuis le lit.

Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre a un lit queen, TV satellite à écran plat et salle de bain privée. Une autre chambre a un lit king et jouxte la salle de bain. La troisième chambre a un lit queen. Un canapé dans le salon se déplie en un lit double.

Lovely property

Beautiful private property just outside of town. Stocked with anything you may need. Comfortable Floorplan.Only downside is furniture (living room and beds) a little tired. Owner and rep very responsive when contacted. Would definitely stay again

The house is a great space for a family. The yard was also a nice size for some privacy and a nice walk for the dogs. We enjoyed our stay.

Taos Family Ski Trip

Great property - spacious. clean, and great location to Taos town square, grocery and restaurants. Gail the host was easy to communicate with and had a very well stocked amenities. Super easy access to Taos Ski Valley. We will return!

Christmas in Taos

The home was beautiful and had plenty of room for gathering around the dining table or enjoying the fireplace in the living area. Open concept with kitchen, dining and living room enabled us to enjoy family time fun and games. The location is perfect. You have the feel of rural quietness but 5-8 min travel time to restaurants and shopping. My daughter summed it up as a magical Christmas in Taos. Property manager was friendly and helpful. Will be keeping this property on our list for Taos vacations.

Perfection!

Our group went to Taos to commemorate the first anniversary of a family member's death, since northern NM was one of his favorite, most inspiring places to visit. Gail's house provided the perfect setting for a contemplative memorial trip. The house itself is beautiful and inviting, and is situated on an expansive plot of land that captures so much of what makes Taos spiritual and special. Everything about the house was wonderful: the well-stocked kitchen, the lovely furnishings, the sunroom, the wrap-around porch, the upstairs deck, the location -- and the views. We also got to meet Gail, and she's so charming and welcoming. I highly and enthusiastically recommend her casa!

A Peaceful and Beautiful Location

This was a beautiful and rustic home and setting. Just far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful. The porch was amazing, especially at sunset. Plenty of room to relax, cook, eat and enjoy. Excellent choice for our Taos family gathering.

Perfect multi-family getaway

Gail was flexible and accommodating. House layout was great for out two families. The rooms were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and porch was great for socializing. Awesome location - near to town but with a rural feel. Beautiful Mountain View’s. We’d definitely go there again.

perfect getaway with friends

The property was amazing as was the setting. We were in a pretty rural setting that was quiet and encouraged long walks and wine on the patio as the sun went down. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils which made cooking and eating-in very enjoyable. Absolutely no complaints about the house, the setting or the host. All was superb.

Five Stars

We are three adult couples, with some needing to work remotely, and this house comfortably accommodated us. Perhaps the coolest feature is a wrap-around, covered porch with ample seating and lounging and satisfying views of the vicinity and beyond to the mountains. We enjoyed a great family get together here!

A joyful, beautiful stay!

We came with a small group of friends, and loved every moment of our time here. The patio is wonderful. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. The house had everything we needed -- places to gather, and places to hide away and read, work, contemplate, a terrific kitchen where we could make meals together. The host is kind and communicative, answering any and all our questions right away. We can't wait to come back! Many, many thanks to Gail for her hospitality.

Beautiful Taos Home

This is a wonderful place to stay near Taos, relax on the patio, and hang out with family and friends. The covered patio is a highlight, along with the upper balcony and big kitchen.

We Got Lucky

The house was great! We were four adults and we had lots of room to move and to be quiet when we wanted. With four bedrooms the house can hold many more, but we like extra space when we travel. We appreciated that the house was off the beaten path even though it’s only minutes from town. The isolation made for a very relaxing stay. And if you’re looking for quiet, this is the place! We spent lots of time on the verandah looking at the spectacular views and listening to…nothing. Our host, Gail, was very helpful and accommodating. She answered a bunch of questions for us before we made the trip and was available by text/phone while we were there. All said, it was a wonderful experience! You never know with vacation rentals until you get there. We got lucky with this one!

I was born in Perth, Western Australia and moved to Taos when I learned and became hooked on skiing. Taos is a wonderful ski area in that it is challenging and the people are very friendly. After initially spending only winters in Taos, I soon realized that Taos is a wonderful place year round. I love to hike and mountain bike with friends and my dog Lilly.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this property not only because the house had a nice floor plan, but because it sits on a large piece of land, close to town with amazing views as it sits up on a hill overlooking the town of Taos. It has a lot of trees, both natural and that I planted which thrive due to an acaquia that runs through the property providing lots of water in the spring and summer. It did take a lot of renovating, love and decorating to get the house and the gardens to the state they are in today.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

My house will feel more like a home than a rental as I use it often for friends and family, so it has nice furnishings, bedding and will have most things you would need at your own home. As the house sits on a hill overlooking Taos to the west, the sunsets are amazing and it is great to enjoy them from the wrap around verandah. It is great to stay at such a private spot yet be just minutes from town. Come enjoy my piece of Taos paradise.
