Great Stay

Everything about the stay was wonderful. Checkin was easy. The accommodations were clean, comfy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending and for getting out to explore the area. Definitely recommend! Owners were great to work with and extremely responsive

First family getaway

Apartment was a perfect fit for two adults and a 3 month old. There was plenty of space to put the pack and play in the bedroom. Location was very quiet and a great stop for us to check out the surrounding area.

Wonderful host/Serene environment

This is a great little place to stay. Perfect for our little family of 3. Nestled on beautiful property where you are free to roam, and explore nature. Walk in apartment clean, and cozy. Our host was very helpful, and nice. There is also a really neat treehouse on the property available to book as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay

We loved our stay at Tracy and Gavin’s lovely apartment! Though our paths never crossed due to our short stay, communication was smooth. The apartment is so thoughtfully put together, and is immaculate . We have friends on Aten Rd so we are so happy to have found this beautiful getaway that our hosts have created! Look forward to more stays there!

Bigger than expected

Overall great experience. The hosts were very nice and showed us around when we checked in. The space was much bigger than the pictures indicated so that was a great surprise. The area is beautiful and loved how secluded it felt.

Great Stay!!

Place was clean and well organized. All the basics for kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and living room are in place. The owners are friendly and helpful for even trivial needs!! Bring your special snacks or drinks as stores are not close. Very quiet and peaceful location!

It’s bigger than the pictures show. Cute basement apartment kept very clean. I have to admit, I bring my own blankets and towels to everywhere I go, but I actually felt comfortable enough to sleep under the blankets on the bed it was so clean. Had everything you would need. The property is gorgeous you won’t want to leave.

Great Stay - Awesome Hosts

We had a wonderful time at Tracy and Gavin's Property. The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated and only a short ride down to Granite Lake. We brought a small boat and we were able to leave it anchored in the Cove down from the house. Gavin was very informative about other lakes in the area such as Lake Nubanusit and we took his suggestion. It was everything he said and more. Highly recommend if you're looking for stay in this area.

Wonderful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay at this mountain home. This getaway is located in an area that includes wild turkeys, many song birds and starry nights. The apt. is a bit bigger than appears in the online pictures. The hosts, Tracy and Galvin, are delightful and very welcoming. We enjoyed our chats with them. We are recommending their apartment and their adorable treehouse to family and friends.

Cozy Mountain Retreat

This property was beautiful- right at the crest of a mountain. We stayed in the basement apartment which was lovely- very clean and homey. The living room had lots of books and a tv, the large bed was comfortable (tv in the bedroom as well) and everything in the kitchen seemed new. The bathroom is small, but clean. We were visiting friends in the area, so we didn’t have time to explore the property, but there is a large fire pit for evenings under the stars. This was our first VRBO experience and I highly recommend it!

Summer NH Vacation

The unit was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, cool and centrally located for us and we took advantage of the access to Granite Lake. The rural location was quiet and the nights without clouds provided a fantastic opportunity to see the stars without light pollution from an urban setting. The kitchen allowed us to prepare breakfast each morning. Tracy and Gavin were great to deal with. Definitely will use again.

Loved this place So much that I wish to go back again!!!

I usually vacate to near an ocean, so this was a new venture for me. The place itself is just So Feel Good Lovely that I want to go back there again in the future! Although no ocean, the location is gorgeous. There is a lake (and some other lakes I read about) not far at all. A great place to sit, rest, relax, soul-search, & soul-cleanse. The positive energy of this place cannot be beat. The Bed - Supreme Comfort!!! A Great nights sleep ~

Great, comfortable stay!

The property is in a rural, country setting. Very peaceful. The yard is immaculate! The bed and couch were quite comfortable. The only slight negative is it is located a good distance from the areas we like to visit but once we got the route down it was no problem. We would stay here again. Access to the washer and drawer would have been convenient (they are in the apartment but not for renters use). Not a deal breaker but a consideration.

This lovely property is a haven for tired souls and one can soak up peace, beauty and refreshment resting in any part of it. It is kept up meticulously! Our private apartment is surrounded by green, from the grassy areas, surrounding trees and beautiful flowers thoughtfully placed around. Wild turkeys are frequently in sight and the sound of birds delightful! Sunsets and seeing the stars without the distraction of city lights is restorative and delightful! The owners are lovely folks who want only to make us feel comfortable and at home.

Practically Perfect

Cute, cozy, quaint. Would recommend locks on doors for us uncertain city-folk type. In fact, it is this reason I'm not leaving a full 5 stars. It is a bit disconcerting coming back at the end of a day out to an unlocked apartment. Everything else was great.

Ein wunderschöner Ort um urlaub zu machen. Nichts als Natur um einen herum. Das Appartement war super sauber, sehr sehr nette Gastgeber und wie beschrieben.....traumhaft. Noch nie haben wir an einem so wunderbaren Ort Urlaub gemacht. Alles Sehenswerte ist gut erreichbar. Vermont nur einen Spruch entfernt. Wer die Natur liebt ist hier gensu richtig Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful place to stay with incredible sunset view

What a beautiful space, great property, great views. The bed and couches were comfy and always had hot water for showers. The owners were incredibly helpful and easy to contact. Just a heads up for those traveling with little kids...my little guy is a rambunctious night owl, which unfortunately kept the owners up at night as there is a mere floor separating the rental from their home. I would stay here again in summer with him, when he could play/run around outside at night instead of being cooped up...(it was too cold to be outside at night.) Also, this is rural NH and in late fall/winter you need snow tires!

Very Secluded

We were attending a family wedding so didn't get to enjoy all this property had to offer. But it was clean and check in/out was really easy. A little off the beaten path but for us it worked.
