Kroger's supermaket is 3 blocks away and our favorite coffee and sandwich shop, The Mate Factor is 2 blocks away. We have a full kitchen including a dishwasher and Moccamaster coffee maker, laundry facilities, a 60" TV, etc. You'll fall asleep to the lulling sounds of the courtyard fountain, relax in the interior designed by 1chicretreat.com, and will want to move to Savannah soon enough! We live on the other side of the courtyard and what we love about the neighborhood, aside from our neighbors, is that we can walk to all our favorite restaurants like Cotton and Rye, Husk, The Savoy, Common Thread, Elizabeth's on 37th St...the list goes on, but still sleep with the windows open because of how quiet it is.
This is a carriage house so there are fifteen steps to enter.
