We spent a month at this home and found it to be extremely clean, welcoming, and very beautiful. The furniture is comfortable and the pool and hot tub were very enjoyable! Most amenities were provided in abundance. The hosts were extremely responsive and very, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

We had a great stay! The house and pool are well cared for, clean, and it was the most well-stocked house we've stayed in. We had a few questions and the owner responded immediately each time. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would recommend this place to future visitors!

We had an exceptional stay at this property! The host’s communication was impeccable—they responded within minutes every time, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The house itself was very clean and well-stocked with all the supplies you could need, plus thoughtful extras like pool toys and beach gear.The pool was clean, and the hot tub worked perfectly, making it easy to relax and enjoy the space. While the outdoor furniture showed a bit of wear (rusty) and one of the recliners had a rip, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.The property felt private and secluded, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this home and would love to return!

Great time had by all!

Myself and my two teenage kids really enjoyed this place! It was perfect for me, who just wanted to relax by a pool, and perfect for them as it was close enough to things they could do! There wasn’t anything we wish he had, the house had Al we needed and more! Nights by the pool and hot tub were great!

Relaxing escape!

We just spent two weeks in this beautiful house! The hosts have thought of everything. The pool and spa were amazing. Plus the fenced yard kept our dog safe and happy! The house is so pretty and comfy and the host was very quick to respond to any questions we had! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Short trip to the area

My Dad, Brother and I needed to take care of some business and see the area. This home was the perfect location. Beautiful home and pool. So well appointed and thought out. Host was very responsive when contacted.Highly recommend. Would be a great place for families with young children as well.

Beautiful Home

Great home in a quiet neighborhood. Spent a month there. The owner makes sure you have everything you need. Just bring food and drinks. Wonderful pool and hot tub. We would rent again when we are in that area. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property. Peaceful location with everything you needed to be comfortable. Pool and hot tub were luxurious. Appreciated being able to park our car in the garage away from the hot sun. Best organized info book of any Vrbo we have stayed. Great communication with the hosts. Will definitely look to this property the next time we come down to visit my parents.

You pay for what you get!

If i could i would give 6*. Everything you want/need is there. Very nice vacation home, David is a very good host! Only small thing is the distance between the location and the city (15 min) it is far from everything!

Fantastic Location, Property and Hosts

Wonderful, good size, modern home with heated pool. Well furnished and excellent communications with the host. Clean modern home with lots of extras from the homeowners. Amazing primary suite and large second and third bedroom. Close to a lot, but far enough to not be bothered by traffic or lights from town. Would recommend to the hosts a pizza pan or cookie tray for the kitchen. Maybe share in your welcome to look for the ‘about our house’ in your welcome note or listing. We didn’t see it for a few days and there is good info in there about the house and area. Would stay again and recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

Great Place

The place was clean and fine for us. The master shower had a hair clogged drain and I had to clean it out. I wasn't aware about the "spa bubbler aspect" of the cycle of the hot tub. The 10min of cool water bubbling up your back wasn't the most relaxing. A grill would make it better. They do have 3 bikes and beach gear. Ask before you go as you may not have to drag cart and chairs.

One of the most gracious and accommodating hosts we’ve ever experienced at a VRBO. The home itself was incredibly well stocked—truly one of the best we’ve stayed in. You could easily arrive with just your clothes and swimsuits, as just about everything you could possibly need is already there. They have clearly thought of every little detail to make your stay more comfortable.We had an amazing time and especially enjoyed spending so much time in the pool with the volleyball net and basketball hoop, as well as the hot tub. The fully fenced-in yard was also a huge bonus for our pups.If I had to be picky and offer any suggestions for improvement, I would say the lounge chairs are worn and could use replacing, and the beds were not the most comfortable and could benefit from new mattresses. One easy option could be "memory foam mattresses in a box” (available on Amazon), which are relatively inexpensive and very comfortable.We also purchased a charcoal grill during our stay and left it behind for future guests to use—just bring your charcoal!We would absolutely love to come back again. Excellent stay and well stocked

We had an extended stay at this home to escape the NY winter weather. It had the exact amenities we were looking for. A fenced in yard for our chocolate lab, warm pool, hot tub, and reverse osmosis water system. This is also a newer home which matched with my decorative style. I've never stayed in a rental home that was as well stocked as this one with most everything from toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, toiletries, spices, cookware etc. The only 2 things we wished we had were a vacuum cleaner and a grill. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. Not too hard or too soft! The home owner, David was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. This home was on a nice quiet street without much traffic. There weren't many homes around it. They were just starting to build a few more homes on that street. We enjoyed watching the fish, turtles and occasional small gator in the fresh water canal in the back of the home. We enjoyed being close to many supermarkets, restaurants, beach and a dog park all within a 10-15 min. drive. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend this property!

If you're still thinking about it let this be confirmation. Beautiful pool, near beaches, quiet neighborhood, super clean property, great communication with host, more amenities and supplies than any short rental I've ever been to and we've been to plenty. We loved our stay, the kids enjoyed the pool so much and the host can recommend things around as well. Thank you for letting us enjoy
