Guest access This Suite is located at 145 East Harmon Ave which is Tower 1 of the MGM Signature Resort. If driving, you can utilize the complimentary valet services at the base of the tower or self park at the MGM Grand Self Parking lot. If coming in via ride share or taxi, you can be dropped off directly at the front entrance at the base of Tower 1. Taxi and ride share services are abundant and very easy to access - just ask the valet service to summon a ride for you. Special accommodations can be arranged through the complimentary onsite concierge services. Other things to note Complimentary valet parking is subject to availability. If the valet lot is full, please proceed to the MGM Grand Self Parking Garage. A site map and shuttle map is available upon request.
Per MGM Signature resort rules, the rooms and balconies are to be smoke free. Please be advised that if you are caught smoking in the room, your credit card will be subjected to a $500 added cleaning charge by MGM Signature.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age in order to book and check in.
Upon check-in, the front desk will place a security deposit authorization charge ranging from $100 up to $300 depending on the length of stay. This is purely for incidentals and purchases. The security deposit is fully refundable and released upon check-out if there were no purchases or incidentals applied to the room.
Daily housekeeping is not included but additional items (towels, toiletry, sheets, etc.) can be provided upon request by calling the service provider on the placard located in the suite. Housekeeping staff will be at the facility between the hours of 10am-4pm for linen exchange if needed.

The property owner was very prompt in staying in touch with me and returning my messages. They answered all questions in a timely manner.
When checking in, there was no early access....not one single minute early...so we had to wait for 45 minutes in the lobby.
The room looked very nice with an excellent view....HOWEVER, as we started looking around and got further into our stay, we recognized quite a few things that were filthy.
1. The ceiling vent in the bathroom had about 1/4 inch thick of dust hanging from it
2. There were loose hairs all over the floor in the bathroom
3. The floors needed mopped; you could see where people had stepped into water with their dirty feet on the bathroom floor and took steps.because of their dirty foot prints being left behind.
4. The grout in the shower needs scrubbed
5. The kitchen drawers & refrigerator needed a good cleaning
6. IF they did any kind of dusting, they did very minimal
8. The carpet had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival as there were obvious signs of food and trash left on the floor.
On our 3rd night (of 7 nights total), we called down to the hotel desk because we were low on toilet paper. They referred us to the housekeeping company that services our unit.The office was closed until the next morning so we had to callback. When asked to bring more, the operator as much as accused me of lying about needing more saying that there were 2 extra rolls left..there was only 1 & I guess we use alot. VERY UNPROFESSI
