GROUNDS

The house sits on 1.7 acres lined with enormous trees and adjacent to conservation land. The private coastline offers easy water access on idyllic, calm Mussel Cove. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for your use. (Water access is tide-dependent. We have a very large tide in southern Maine, and water sports access is available only at and surrounding the high tides, which occur twice a day.)

The heated pool (SUMMER ONLY) was renovated in 2022. New lounge chairs and Adirondacks are provided. The pool area also has a Solo Stove fire pit.

Enjoy a cookout with gorgeous water views. The new outdoor dining table seats 8. There is a gas grill, as well as an Argentine wood-burning grill (parrilla). Play croquet and corn hole on the expansive lawn.

HOUSE

The house was completely renovated in 2021 and is newly furnished. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, and around 5,500 square feet of living space on three levels, it sleeps 10. There is a sleeping space for two additional guests at an additional fee.

There are air conditioners in all bedrooms, the media room, and the main living/dining area.

Of the 5 bedrooms in the house, two bedrooms are en suite, including the spacious master with water views. A third queen bedroom has access to an adjacent private bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms, a full and queen upstairs, share a bathroom. There is a sixth sleeping area with an adjacent bathroom in the walk-out basement (additional charges apply for more than ten guests). There are two separate offices.

The rest of the home provides beautiful common spaces to enjoy together. The luxury kitchen is fully outfitted and features an island with seating for 8, as well as a large butler pantry with a wine refrigerator. It is open to the dining area and two living areas, all together forming a light-filled great room with water views.

Upstairs is a large family and media room with a comfy sectional and an 85-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, HBO, Apple TV+, Hulu, Disney+, and Paramount+ accounts (note: NO CABLE). It includes a well-stocked games closet and a large table for games, again with a water view.

There are three other TVs in the house that are equipped with the same services: two in bedrooms, and one in the basement.

The basement features a full-sized wet bar complete with a drink refrigerator, as well as a living area, and opens to the pool and hot tub area.

Pets are not allowed.
