This property is CREAM OF THE CROP! This is the ultimate beach house owner managed allowing for personal attention. Fully equipped for a fun filled vacay!

Enjoy an 8 minute walk to one of the souths most beautiful beaches, town park, put put, and the many restaurants. Enjoy fishing or floating from your private dock. The views are magnificent - unobstructed of The Ocean Isle bridge and restaurant row! The open marsh allows spectacular observation of wildlife. The fenced in yard allows for safe play for children. Endless hours of relaxation can take place on the oversized swing bed located on the upper deck - perfect for a good book or glass of wine! The stellar sunsets allow for the best photo opts on the island. The option of outdoor dining directly off the kitchen makes each meal more delightful.

Set one day aside for paddle boarding or kayaking (both provided) around the marsh and if you so desire tackle the waterway. Grilling out is always an option and best enjoyed with the outdoor entertainment area while you watch sports or your favorite show on the outdoor TV. On these cool nights enjoy the firepit in the cozy seating area.

With direct Intercoastal Waterway access and positioned directly across from the Ocean Isle Fishing Center this location is perfect for the avid fisherman with excellent deep water docking equipped with water and power and a convenient cleaning station. Plenty of space for turning larger boats onto and off the dock. NC Wildlife Boat Ramp is located just across our canal which allows for easy access to launch or pull your boat onto your trailer.

Wonderful location and beautiful views!

This was the perfect house for two young families with 5 kids under 8. It was safe, lots to do and plenty of bed space. The sheets were super comfortable! Plenty of beach toys, chairs and the kitchen was fully stocked. The views off the back porch were phenomenal, not to mention the easy access to everything from our boat we docked. We will be back!

Premier property and location!

Can’t say enough great things about this house. Its location is walkable to town and all the fun activities there including the play ground, concert pavilion, splash pad, restaurants, ice cream, arcades, and BEACH! The house itself is very pretty and has a great outdoor space for lawn games, lounging and hanging out on the intracoastal. This is truly a premier house in a premier location!

Perfect Home for Beach Vacation

Every year for the last 5 years me and a group of 10 come down to Ocean Isle beach for a golf trip. Immediately we knew this was going to be our favorite house to date. Between the paddle boards/kayak/cornhole boards, we never wanted to go inside. The communication with the owner was fantastic and the house had everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Great long weekend stay!

Allison was such a great host! The house was super clean and had literally anything you could think of needing (even more really). The entertainment area downstairs is awesome and the view is too! The house is just a quick walk to all of the good spots on OiB (playground, museum, local coffee spot, pier, beach, etc.) and was really great for those traveling with children. Would 100% recommend!

Amazing!

5 stars all the way! The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beach accessories to enjoy, and the house was beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the waterway as there was plenty of room to dock our boat….not to mention its perfectly located to enjoy the restaurants, coffee shop, etc. Allison was very responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

PALS vacation

Our trip was amazing and the house was beautiful. There was more than enough room for us (3) couples and we had everything we needed to enjoy the best vacation. The house was fully stocked with the necessities and even things we didn’t expect it felt like we were at home. The back deck that overlooked the inlet was everyone’s go to spot in the morning because it was so beautiful and being able to watch the dolphins play on our last morning finished off our trip. We will definitely be back at some point for another PALS weekend.

Perfect family vacation! Gorgeous views!

We loved our vacation at this beautiful property! There are gorgeous views of the canals, sunsets and boating activity near the restaurants. There is a great boat dock which we used. This home is convenient to everything and the beach is walkable. The interior is super nice,. very well appointed and also has great views. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We had no problems of any kind. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay there again!

Exceeded my expectations

What a wonderful week on the water! The views are amazing. The house was so clean. There are so many places to hang out around this house.I don’t know what I liked more- the downstairs area with tv, the dock, or the upper deck with views of water. The house is truly a gem. . I recommend this house******and OI and the fresh local seafood at Sheffields/gas station is so good. Can’t wait to go back to this House! to all! I can not wait to go back again

Beautiful Stay!

Nicely appointed home. Owners were very accommodating and response time was almost immediate. I did not read the WELCOME book upon arrival, as instructed to do, and could have saved owners and myself some frustration. The home is very comfort and the kitchen had everything we needed! My husband and I had our son, daughter in law, 14 year old grandson and 19 month old granddaughter and there was plenty of room. The view from the dock is spectacular, a lot of room for our boat! We will definitely be back! We loved that linens (great ones!!) were provided along with towels and beach towels!

Memorial Day - 2024

We had the best Memorial Day weekend with friends and family that we could have had! This house was so comfortable, and we definitely plan to stay here again! The weather was perfect, and the house was so comfortable. The house was very clean and neat and it was nice to not have to pack linens! We enjoyed the house so much, sitting on the deck during the evening overlooking the beautiful marsh with a cool breeze. We fried fresh Mahi downstairs one evening and had a shrimp boil another. All kinds of toys are provided, Paddle board, bikes, cornhole boards, kayak, gas grill, and beach chairs. The outdoor space on the ground floor was perfect too. Large TV. Allison was so accommodating, and our weekend could not have been better! We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location!

The name says it all! This house really is the “Cream of the Crop!” I almost don’t want to write a review so I can keep this jewel for myself….but let me start out by saying this home has the PERFECT location - we were able to walk/ride bikes/push our stroller wagon to the park/splash pad and to get ice cream! It’s also in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, putt-putt, and shopping! The back yard view is phenomenal, instead of staring at other houses you’re view is open across the water to restaurants, the bridge, and open sky (which we were able to watch 4th of July fireworks comfortably from the back porch (which has an amazingly comfortable swing bed!) Other things we enjoyed were hanging out under the house in the open air sitting area and watching the kids play securely in the fenced-in yard, walking right down to the dock in the backyard and hopping on our boat in the canal to go riding on the Intracoastal Waterway, cooking breakfast and a few dinners in the beautiful and wonderfully stocked kitchen, and hanging out in the living room and back porch areas on a couple of rainy days we had! I also appreciated all three rooms being large and having their own bathrooms and closets, the “spare” room being set up nicely for extra sleeping space and mostly private, washer and dryer on the main floor instead of down below, beach chairs/towels/beach cart/(adult)bikes/beach toys/corn hole boards and more all provided and in great condition, towels and linens were provided and beds were made when we arrived, an extra bathroom and fridge below the house, and honestly I could go on and on and on! Allison was a dream to communicate with and always responded quickly! If you’re looking for a fantastic place to stay on Ocean Isle, this is THE house - we will definitely be back!!!

“Cream Of The Crop” is the perfect name for this house.

My family and myself have been staying at Ocean Isle for 30 plus years and this is one of the cleanest houses, with the absolute best views that we have ever stayed in. Everything with this rental was top notch. We will definitely be renting again.

Perfect coastal get away!!

We stayed here for a weekend of fishing fun. The property is beautiful and the home was immaculate! The bedrooms and baths were fully stocked with anything we would need. Quality linens and towels. We didn’t bring our kids this trip but there is plenty of space if we were to have. We were able to trailer our boat and keep it on the water at the dock. This was great for our weekend of fishing. So close to nearby restaurants and fun! The lounge area outside was great as we prepared for our next day on the water- tables to prep rigs, a grill for good eats and plenty of space to hang out! Highly recommend and next time we are fishing that area we will certainly stay here!!!

House was great for our family... clean and well appointed... wonderful porch with daybed... the kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding around the large natural canal... will be back!
