Space & Features:
The house offers 6 spacious bedrooms (sleeps 15 in real beds), 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths, an awesome outdoor shower plus a range of thoughtful amenities that will elevate your stay.

Upstairs: A king master suite with an en-suite bath, plus a cozy queen bedroom and a spacious king bedroom, sharing a full bath. The open-concept living/dining area connects to both front and back porches, perfect for al fresco meals or morning coffee.

Downstairs: Enjoy another king bedroom, a bunk room with two sets of bunks (sleeping up to 5 guests), and a queen bedroom. There’s a full bathroom and a second living area with another kitchen.

The stock tank pool (8ft round, 2ft deep) is perfect for a refreshing dip, while the two kitchens are stocked with fun gadgets like a popcorn maker, ice cream maker, and large griddle – perfect for family pancake breakfasts or beachside snacks.

Smart TVs in both dens – don’t forget your streaming logins for ultimate relaxation.

The Pink Flamingo is all about enjoying the outdoors. You’ll be just steps away from the beach access (turn right out of the driveway and take another quick right). When you're not on the sand, you can flamingle on the front and back porches, or take a dip in the cute stock tank pool. Enjoy corn hole or the outdoor furniture to read your favorite book.

For the adventurous, there's public boat access just diagonally across the street – perfect for launching your own boat, or you can use the 4 paddleboards we provide. Litchfield Beach is known for its wide, sandy shore and family-friendly atmosphere.
