Perfect for family gathering, you'll love the home's bright, open floor plan and private balcony. The full kitchen comes well-equipped with both small and major appliances, ample countertop space, and cabinet for easy, at-home meals. A tidy breakfast bar offers seating for two while the dining table seats four. After dinner, let the dishwasher take care of the cleanup while you you relax with a sunset cocktail on the balcony or enjoy a family movie night on the smart TV in the living room. Central air-conditioning and free WiFi offer essential in-home convenience.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The room was much bigger than I thought it would be. It was nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again. The middle pool was too cold to get in, and I expected that since it was October. The pool beside the west building is heated and it felt great.

Perfect location.

Look out at waves from private balcony. Comfortable furnishings and nice kitchen space. Lovely pool and quick private beach access. Also like fact property is gated. Hope to stay again.

Vaca done right !

This is a beautiful unit and very comfortable. It has a very open feel. Very clean . Bed and furniture very comfortable . Two nice TVs and wifi worked great . The balcony had beautiful views of the water. You can also enjoy the views from the sofa. This unit had Kureg coffee maker which was a plus for me. Very relaxing vacation accommodations!

Very nice!

Condo was very nice and neat. Plenty of space for us and our two young boys. They enjoyed the bunkbed. It was great to have a separate room for us. Kitchen was lacking cooking necessities. Would of liked to see everything you would normally see in a kitchen. If you want to make something in particular I'd bring what you need just in case! We were going to make muffins but there was no muffin pan for example. Everything else was great. The view was beautiful!

Roaches everywhere

Our first day we got there after checking in we found a roach crawling on the ground in the living room. We killed it and not even 5 minutes later there were 3 more in the bathroom/bedroom area. We called property management hoping to get a new room at least. They said they aren’t on site so they would call us back. While waiting on them to call back we just kept seeing more and more come out. I called probably 10 times to follow up and no one would answer. Finally they come to our room the LAST day of our stay and they put a sticky trap behind the fridge. This makes 0 sense, they weren’t even in the kitchen, no one even gave us a heads up these 2 men were coming to our room to set this trap up. The whole situation was just unprofessional and sketchy. Oh and just so you’re aware the parking pass and wristbands doesn’t come with the room when you book. You have to purchase all of this when you get there.

Vacation with bugs

This condo has bugs. Roaches to be exact. And what’s so irritating about it is that the owners or property manager or whoever had prior knowledge because we saw the roach motels throughout the condo. Left my luggage outside when i returned home for fear of bringing roaches into my bug free home. Also, no knives except a butter knife and only a tiny and i mean TINY frying pan. This place was spacious and looked nice on initial entrance but it left a lot to be desired. Fix the bug problem and equip the kitchen better and get a bigger bed for the bedroom and it might not be so bad. Had high hopes of making this condo my go to condo but i guess I’ll keep looking for one i really enjoyed. Can’t deal with bugs on a vacation!

We stayed 2 nights, the first night it seemed very clean and nice and the second day the roaches just started coming out of nowhere along with ants under the kitchen window. The roaches were in the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom. It was terrible and scared my children

Wanted to be roaches on the beach

The place was beautiful and the location was perfect, however, it was infested with roaches. I wanted to be a roach on the beach. Certainly wasn't anticipating that we would be sleeping with them. A very nice gentleman came to address the situation at hand but I feel as though we should be compensated as this was not part of the trip and I'm a little scared to take my things in the house. Great stay!

Our family had a great time! Property was clean, beautifully decorated, and lots of space for our four person family. The view of the beach was wonderful and the walk to the pool and beach was short, great for kids and naps! No complaints. Wonderful stay, we were well taken care of!

Worse part was weather and which we figured before hand but I couldn't cancel and get refund if I could have we probably wouldn't have came I usually don't rent if I can't but I did ..and I didn't read fully on the site about armbands and parking ...so went back to site and yes it was there only thing it's says on site should have been 39.?? but at gate I was charged 50.00 that needs to be addressed ..and need away of getting ahold of the security guard instead of having to hunt them down ..the condo was nice and clean only thing they need blinds on siding door cause the light really comes in and if someone trying sleep on sofa bed or the bunk the light is not so good

Beautiful home, Beautiful view

This condo was perfect for our PCB getaway! The 5th floor balcony has a perfect view of the gulf. The mirrors on the living room walls make the place look even bigger. The pictures online are exactly what you should expect upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again! We loved having the beach right below us!

Beautiful condo!

We had such a wonderful time during our stay! I was very impressed with the condo it was nicely decorated and very clean. The views are amazing and I highly recommend to anyone looking to book a condo at the beach. Also, it was right next to Walmart which was very convenient the location was perfect! I will definitely book this condo again.
