This centrally located home is minutes from Nampa shopping and amenities. This is a great home for families or couples to entertain! Equipped with outdoor patio dining and lounging, a bbq grill, and a fire pit to gather in the evenings. Professionally designed to make you comfortable and stylish.
The Space:
This entire home rental can accommodate up to 10 adults. We have new hybrid mattresses throughout the rooms! This home is in a quiet residential area with parks nearby and close access to the freeway. It's smartly styled for comfort and could be a retreat from a long day of work, a getaway or quick stop to say hello to friends and family.
We proudly offer a 10% military discount to honor those who serve! Please reach out before booking so we can apply your special offer.
Guest Access:
We offer self-check-in, which is contactless and gives you quick access to the home. We're also just a text/call away if you have any questions during your stay.
Getting Around:
I-84 W to exit 29 E Franklin Rd in Caldwell. Take exit and go right onto Franklin Rd, then turn right onto Ward Rd, turn left onto Sanders St, turn right onto Alleghenny Way, turn right onto Catskill Dr/Cumberland Pl, then the destination will be on the right hand side.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. Weâre passionate about our homes because weâve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. Weâre excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
