Dune it Right boasts a beautiful oceanfront setting, a private swimming pool, a hot tub, and four primary bedrooms.

Family-friendly features include three large, furnished decks with restricted access, a private sunroom off the kitchen with a TV and a DVD player, a poolside half-bath, and two outdoor showers. Take your pick: get wet in the (10-foot x 38-foot x 10-foot x 12-foot) L-shaped pool, the six-person hot tub, or the open ocean, or simply stretch out on three decks and take in the panoramic views. There's even a boardwalk leading directly to the beach right from the house steps.

Inside, you'll enjoy pretty decor, large living spaces, and a cathedral ceiling in the top-floor great room. The well-equipped kitchen is a great place to prepare tasty dishes and talk about your plans for the day.

The four primary bedrooms include two separate kings, a queen, and one room with two double beds. The additional bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds features a full bathroom just down the hall. Still need another place to lay your head? The queen sofa bed in the enclosed sunroom is a comfortable spot to rest after the day's fun exertions. Evening entertainment options include seven TVs, seven DVD players, a stereo/CD player, and high-speed WiFi.

Good house, needs some upkeep.

Had a great stay at Dune it Right. Enjoyed the large living space and proximity to beach. Pool was very large. House was generally in great condition, but had a few key maintenance issues that needed to be addressed.

We Dune Good!

The views, the short walk to the beach, the short walk to the grocery store & duck donuts, the pool, the hot tub, the time with family... what else is there in a trip to the beach? Also, the trip from Nags head to Avon with the dunes and bridges is so worth the 45 minutes. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home and helping us make memories to last a life time!

Wonderful OBX getaway

The home is gorgeous and exactly as advertised! We loved the beachfront location, listening to the waves from the third floor patio, and taking a dip in the pool. We also loved the location that’s walkable to Food Lion and restaurants but still removed from the bustle of the main road. The home is part of a beachfront enclave right with a quiet road that’s bikeable to get to farther stores. We will definitely be back to this house again!

Needs TLC + mold treatment

amazing view, great space for a family. very close to grocery store and easy walk to the beach. however, house needs to be treated for mold asap. not recommended for anyone with allergies. very visible mold in hvac, vents, sliding doors and kitchen lighting. cleaning could have been better. all the tub drains were broke so we could not use the tubs for the kids and had to unclogged one from hair. trash was overflowing when we arrived outside and broken unusable trash cans. broken railings above pool as well which was hard with having children there. Vacasa did not correct any issues during our stay or assist with the mold issues. House needs some TLC before renting.

Great stay in Dune it Right

This is a great house for sharing with friends or family. Wonderful view of the ocean, short walk to the beach, and great accommodations. The kitchen was stocked well enough for a group that loves to cook and the dining room table is also good for large groups.

Great for a quiet getaway

There are many pros and some cons to the Dune it Right property. But overall we would rent here again. Remember you are in Hatteras, it’s the quiet side of OBX. You will drive an hour if you want any tourist attractions. But the beach is quiet, beautiful and plenty of space for your whole crew. The beds were comfortable and the living/dining area was perfect for our family of 7. The house is in need of repairs, and the kitchen has very limited utensils. Only some of the fans worked, the dryer did not work and we called because the lockbox kept locking us out. Vacasa responded right away. The pool was cloudy when we arrived but a gentlemen came and added chemicals and it was fine. We had a blast despite the small things and overall had an unforgettable vacation here. My biggest advice would be to prepare yourself for 30 min drives to almost everything. But if it’s peace you’re looking for this is it. The proximity of the grocery store was a big help. And the ice cream truck came every evening!

Amazing Location and lots of space

This home was well taken care of, large, amazing views, quiet neighborhood, and the pool was the main attraction. It was so nice to have the half bath right at the pool and the two shower stalls to wash off after the beach. Food Lion 1min drive away. The inside was perfect, the kitchen well stocked with cookware (no seasonings or coffee filters so bring your own). The house was clean when we arrived. It was a pain to get a few things fixed, thru Vacasa. The people were nice but it's a lot of run around to get someone to address our issues which was frustrating.

Fine house needs better mgmt company

The pool was unuseable due to to bugs everywhere - other adjacent houses pool's were being used and appeared clean and fresh so ????, didnt venture into hot tub after seeing pool condition, lights flickered constantly, main indoor stairway light did not work. Found several dead and live roach like palmetto bugs immediately upon arrival - we kept the doors and windows closed so they didnt get in that way. House was in good location, comfortable furnituer. A lift for luggage etc would greatly benefit this house due to the 3 steep staircases to negotiate , We also found it very difficult to communicate with VACASA and it was especially frustrating that after acquiring Outer Beaches Realty and saying they would honor the terms of the OBR rental agreement they then did not want to and pursued us with no repy emails to sign a second agreement. They were radio silent on inquires buy phone and email to resolve it. We'll pass on any more VACASA homes.

No pool heat. Leaking toilet.

Requested and paid for pool heat. Called and called, was told someone would eventually be out... Three days into our stay still no heat. No answers. Was given a number to call, a lady named Lisa, the local manager... Phone would go to voicemail every time I would call, no call back. Day four, I was ticked... I gave up the idea of pool heat that WE PAID $540 in advance. At this point I simply want my money back, which I received $100??????!?! NOT THE AMOUNT I PAID. I called and called again, spoke to 3 separate people who said they would connect me to a manager, they could not even get ahold of one. The last person I spoke with said they would have to have one call me back.. never happened. Next day im livid. I had called on two separate phones on hold, each 30+ minutes hold. FINALLY get in touch with some one who said they would refund all money paid for pool heat we did not have and could not understand why we would be given a number to the local manager.. YEAH YOU TELL ME WHY. Still have not seen the refund (we are four days home now). one bathroom could not get heated water for a shower even when nobody had even had a shower that day yet. The only other complaint, the toilet was leaking out of the bottom which was reported. Very annoying customer service who all said different things when I spoke to them OR they would never answer. ANNOYING. Won't use again.

Amazing Trip!!!!

We had an amazing time at the Panorama house. Everything you need is there and made vacationing with kids such a dream. The house is located on the end of a road which was great for the kids to bike. The property was spotless, pool and hot tub were perfect as well. Beach access couldn’t be easier and was perfect for fires at night. We had a blast and cannot wait for next year!!
