Came to Moses Lake to go to the dunes to ride. This place was just what we needed for a night. Warm, cozy, and clean. Communication with the owner was great. Only downside is the shower is small. All in all 4.5 stars! Would rent again.
We stayed here for one night to see a show at the gorge. Few things id note for future guests: there was no check in information before my arrival, i had to call to get info to acvess the property. The unit itself has no temperature controls, so if youre hot/cold youre out of luck. Lastly there was no remote for the tv so we werent able to even use it. I have been a host for 4 years, so in my opinion thisbplace seems either tossed together last minute or just being used as a cash grab where they dont fully care about the experience you have. That being said, id still stay here again for a quick over nighter, not much more.
Iâve never done an air bnb before. But the general idea is to stay at someone elseâs home, while theyâre away or while itâs vacant. I figured it would have pretty much what we needed, but I sure am glad I brought extra sheets, towels, pillow, blankets. First thing I see when I walk in is an empty soda bottle, someoneâs little Debbieâs box on the dresser and a dirty towel near the shower on the floor. Iâm glad I brought my own cleaning wipesđ . Once everything was wiped down-much more enjoyable. A couple other little things, but not that big a deal weâre that there were no instructions for the tv-we weâre never able to figure it out, parking-the house was split in at least two units (maybe 3). It was unclear about parking. Was there a designated area for each unit? If so, where? Location was okay-little WT, but most everything is about 10 min drive, so that was nice. Highlights of the room were the ceiling fans-helped keep room cool (along w/ AC) and they had lights too. Shower head was awesome! The bed was a little on soft side, but still pretty comfy as well.
It was actually my son who stayed. He said it was great! Comfortable bed, clean, quiet place to relax and rest. Conveniently located! He did say he accidentally left his computer cord which he really needs.Heâs wanting to come back and pick that up. Hopefully youâll set that aside for him please. Thank you so much! And thank you for a lovely stay!
I thought I would try anâAirbnb likâ property
First impression neighborhood is a bit sketch. The landscaping needs work. The path to the back is narrow and has spaces between slabs of concrete making it hard to navigate. Motion light on the pathway no light where entrance is had to use my phone light The keyless push button doorknob is too large and makes it hard to open. The sheet of linoleum at the entrance is for what? The âroomâ is made of garage sale finds the rugs are dingy and seem better days. The room has a fake fireplace with a heater but the room has heated blowing in from home and no way to adjust or close the vent I would have opened a window but no screens on the windows and the neighborhood didnât come off as the safest. So I couldnât sleep the first night too warm even with fan on. Opened microwave and dirty rotting cup of coffee/ hot chocolate inside. Instant coffee in large jar along with powdered cream that wasnât in individual packages. No coffee maker no wash cloths looked in every drawer. Rug in bathroom why not bath mat that you wash with every guest? Got locked out of the room because code not working had to put in multiple times had to crawl through window because code wasnât working and phone inside room. only reason Iâm glad there wasnât a screen. The host was timely about answering back. Gave me a different code the second night when first one didnât work after multiple tries. This was a terrible experience I would not recommend
A few more amenities would help this rental out. Such as cork screw, wine glasses, in stead of plastic cups, kettle. Need to let guests know that it is very limited with paper plates and plastic cutlery.
Outside deck area, very dirty, needs some attention.
