Welcome to our sweet lake retreat! Brand new listing! Relax with the whole family in our peaceful lakefront home. This is a newer construction home with custom upgrades and room to sleep up to 14. This is in the BEST location on Lake Greenwood! We are located on the main water right across from Twin Rivers Landing which is a great place to rent a boat for the day. If you are bringing your own boat the closest ramp is 2.8 miles away at Riverfork Boat Ramp. We are right around the corner from Harris Landing which is a local dive that has excellent food and delicious drinks at their Tiki bar. Break on the Lake is another popular spot and just a short drive or boat ride away as well. Lake Greenwood’s famous “sandbar” is also very close to the house and a fun place to drop the anchor and hang out in waist deep water. Lake Greenwood is a great fishing lake and is known for its largemouth bass, channel catfish, and striped bass. The house has two king bedrooms, one queen room, double/full bunk, and single over full bunk with a twin trundle (so the kid’s room can easily sleep 8 kids or several adults!) We are surrounded by woods across the street and to the right of the house so there are plenty of deer, birds, and even a beautiful red fox that likes to prance around the yard at times! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on our peaceful porch and watch all the wildlife this lake offers. We would be thrilled to have you!

I traveled with my brother and two sons for a guys long weekend of relaxing and golf. Everything was perfect. House was fantastic - loved the dock and the view. Would love to book again and bring the wives and daughter next time.

The house was clean, so roomy, and well-equipped. It was the perfect headquarters for friends and family who traveled to Greenwood for our wedding. The setting on the lake with the boat dock and water toys was so fun and convenient. Kristin was super responsive and provided great information about the house and the area! I highly recommend!

This home provided an exceptional stay for the whole family. Thoughtfully stocked and well-organized, it offered everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. A wide selection of games and toys kept the children entertained during time away from the lake, and the ample supply of life jackets accommodated guests of all ages. Evenings around the beautiful fire pit were a highlight, made even more convenient with the firewood provided. A truly inviting and well-prepared retreat.

Check in was great. The kitchen was full stocked. Lots of games for our youth. Wi-fi access was great. We loved the location of the house, just inside a cove but off of the big water .The rooms are very spacious and whole place was well kept. We did not get to enjoy the firepit due to rain but it was very nice and we intend on using it on our next stay.:) Kristen was easy to access and responded promptly with any questions. Overall great experience.

The house was clean, spacious, and very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need to cook and eat on site. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The view from the house balcony was beautiful and relaxing. There was plenty of outdoor seating available at the house and on the dock. The dock was large and very convenient to park our pontoon. We enjoyed the kayaks and the paddle boards that were provided. Our family agreed that this house ranks as one of the best locations for annual family vacations.Kristin responded promptly to any questions we had.

Love this house!! We rent house several times a year and this by far one the best. Plenty of room for a big family. The most well stocked you’ll find. Sheets, towels, paper products, detergent, and everything in the kitchen you could need, sharp knives and a crockpot also. Bring your own beach towels and you’re good to go. Lots of games and things to do even if it rains. Owners very responsive. Close to restaurants on the lake. It was a wonderful stay.

Best Lake Getaway Ever

The property has everything that you will ever need. Seriously, the most well accommodated rental that I have ever used - beach, mountain or lake. Very clean. Booking and entry instructions were super easy. The kids and adults had so much fun in the game area. We passed the stormy nights away with pool tournaments, haha. The owners are hilarious, make sure to read the welcome book. My family will definitely be back!

Yearly Weekend Getaway!

We are a great group of friends who spend two weekends per year together, this being our first this year is something we alll look toward to, Kristin’s home was “Perfect”. This home is absolutely beautiful, spacious with all the amenities many unexpected, game room, pool table , foosball, just do much to do. Something for everyone. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. If you’re looking for a home with pure comfort, thus is the best place to be. Thanks Kristin, we will return. A Perfect 10!

Great property

Our daughter was graduating from Lander University so we rented this house for the week. The property is very well maintained and stocked extremely well. It was just like being home. The quality of the kitchen supplies and utensils were excellent. We have stayed at many properties throughout the US, and have never had more than starter supplies. Kristin even reached during our stay to see if we needed anything more. The new dock is awesome as well as the water “toys”. Beds are comfortable and the AC is zoned between floors!You won’t be disappointed!

We had a wedding to attend

We came up for a wedding for my nephew and chose to get a rental verses hotel to be with my family. The house is beautifully decorated and very inviting and comfortable! It was a lovely stay and the manager was amazing to reply to everything I may have needed

House and communication with owner were perfect!!!

House was beautiful and exceeded expectations. Owner was always quick to respond. A ton of cooking supplies as well as a cabinet full of spices. With a group of 10, saved me a lot of money in accessories that I would of had to purchase at the grocery store.
