This beautiful unspoiled part of Florida is enclosed by 2 National Parks, has manatees that raise their calves here, dolphins that play along the river and lots of conservation areas without all the cement high rises. We offer every type of water sport you could want from surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking , or rent a boat from the mariner and enjoy the river and spotting wild life. You can also hire a charter boat with captain.
New Smyrna Beach is like going back in time.
One of the main streets, historical Flagler Ave, has buildings that have been renovated and painted in all types of beach pastel colors offering unique shops, local artists works to every type of restaurant your heart desires. Just plain fun to enjoy yourselves. There are always special events happening and the town is full of friendly, happy locals and tourists, Canal street is also beautiful and offers a Farmers market and unique shops, antiques and restaurants as well. On Saturdays they have a oldie car meeting and it is like going back to the 50's with all the old beautiful cars parked along the tall Palm tree lined street, the little drug store with a soda pop fountain that goes back to the 1900's and still serves great hamburgers and ice creme floats. There are many other restaurants on this street that are wonderful and also night life with live music.. The street is so charming that it was shot in the cinematic film with George Clooney "Tomorrow land".
We are the closest beach to all the theme parks in Orlando and are centrally located to make day trips to Daytona Beach 15 minutes away, St Augustine 45 minutes away which also has a marine recovery center with dolphins and much less inexpensive than Orlando's Sea world , Cape Canaveral Space Center and also watch launches right from our shores!
If you love to golf we have 5 main courses within a 20 minute drive one being the LPGA International which boasts two world class, four star courses with 36 holes.

Orlando International 55 minutes away, and Sanford Orlando Airport runs charters to a lot of smaller airports in the states. Take a look at there flight schedule it may save you a lot of money taking a charter flight. 45 mins away .

Relax in this beautiful, open and spacious 4 bedroom / 4 bath, central beach side gated home with private in-ground pool. -The house has over 3000 square feet so plenty of room for a large family. The home is decorated in light, bright colors and has a open floor plan with a large vaulted living and dining area that seats 12, a gourmet kitchen with kitchen table . A large 20 by 60 deck that lets you hear and sneak a peek of the ocean. The spacious furnished deck has plenty of lounge chairs and seating and offers sea breezes.
This carefully thought out Vacation Rental can easily sleeps 12 people. If you need extra sleeping possibilities for a larger group please ask . We can offer blowup beds for extra kids etc.
Pool heat is additional depending on the time of year. If you would like pool heat we need a credit card on file before it can be turned on.

The numerous deck areas and private fenced in backyard, have an additional safety fence around the in ground pool. The in ground pool offers you the opportunity to entertain, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather in Florida. There is a ping pong table and basketball too on site. It's a very kid friendly home. Take advantage of the modern conveniences, including a new 55' 4 K Smart TV in the living room, LED's in the bedrooms. VCR and DVD players, games, books and movies. New owners bath double vanity, Washer and dryer are within the home on the bottom level and a ping pong table.

The home is a 2 min walk away from the beach.. The lifeguard station is right there for your safety and convenience. You can even ride your bike on the beach , take surf lessons, even painting lessons in town from a Bob Ross studio who was a local.
