Your seaside home awaits you! Perched just above the water, you cannot get any closer to the coast than this unique villa with a spectacular terrace, heatable pool and private access to the sea and the natural saltwater pool. The coastal view is spectacular and you have in clear sight the neighboring island of Gran Canaria. The enchanting little beach town is only 100 meters away.

Althrough the villa joins the neighboring house, the privacy inside and outside is guaranteed. The front terrace leads to a small hallway in a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the living room and dining room. On the same floor there are also 2 double bedrooms with sea views, a bedroom with two single beds, the laundry room and a shower room. From the huge terrace overlooking the sea, which is equipped with 5 sunbeds and a large dining table, you have a staircase that leads to the lower terrace, where the heatable pool (supplement 15 €/day) is located. On this level, you have the fourth and largest double bedroom. Access to an additional shower room is via the terrace. From there you have a private access gate that leads directly to the natural pool and open sea.

The coastal town of El Tablado, still untouched by tourism, has a small grocery store as well as a tipical canarian bar where you can taste the local gastronomy. The climate is pleasant and mild throughout the year due to the adjacent location of the sea and the south-east location.

An ideal holiday home for individual travelers who want to enjoy their seaside holidays away from mass tourism.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
