Room with a View | Private Balcony + Gulf Views!

This front-facing newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo at The Victorian Condominiums on Seawall has spectacular views from the living room, bedroom and balcony. Guests will step out onto the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. The balcony view is a perfect one for watching the newly developed Babe's Beach on Seawall. It really doesn't get much better than this!

Inside this unit, the open concept living/dining/kitchen area has enough room for 8 people. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa and kitchen that is fully stocked for 8 guests. The kitchen includes 4 burner stove and oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, granite countertops, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, flatware, and cooking utensils. Just get your groceries and you are set for a great time at the beach.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom is an alcove with a twin over a full bunk.

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

Place was clean and list was very accurate. Our only complaints was no broom and the back door was very hard to get open and closed.

Max occupancy

Clean property in an ideal location. One drawback is that the listing indicates it sleeps 9 (which it does) but the condo association limits the occupancy to 8. This becomes a problem with access to the pools, as we were only given 8 wrist bands. The hot tubs were not available for the duration of our stay.

size/photos/information deceiving

The photos make this property appear much larger than it actually is as well as more updated. It was more like a one bedroom condo chopped into three tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms. This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in a vrbo reservation. I also received check in details after booking my non-refundable stay that required me to go to an offsite location to pick up and return my keys. It was not far but inconvenient and something I would have like to have known upfront. The elevator did not work the entire time requiring myself, my mother and pregnant sister to cart luggage up and down the stairs. This is definitely not somewhere i will stay again

Condos operated by property managers often have to require guests to check-in at the property management office, but we do apologize if this wasn't made more clear prior to placing your reservation. The elevator being out, was truly out of our hands, as the property management company has no control over the complex maintenance. However, as understandably frustrating that situation would be, we will be updating our listings to mention the access of units at this complex if the elevator were to ever go out in the future. Truly sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations this time, but thank you for choosing Ryson and sharing your experience, as it may help a future guest.

Filthy Place to stay

The pics look great and we couldn't wait to get there and start our vacation. We ended up leaving a day early cause the place was so gross. I'm not one to complain, but as bad as it was, I had to call and ask them to send someone to clean. Even after they sent someone to clean the place, it was gross. The toilet was dirty, tub was dirty, floors were horrendous, pans were dirty, fold out couch bed had a stained mattress protector and no sheet, beds felt sandy and dirty, windows were covered in hand prints. After the cleaning crew came out to clean, I will say, the floors were slightly better, but the dirty pans we wanted to use, were literally just wiped out and not washed. I will never stay with Ryson again. They need to fire and hire a new cleaning crew.

Wonderful Condo ....Great Location .... Needs maintenance and heavy cleaning

Check in was great. Condo is laid out great. However the condo is filthy and needs maintenance. Kitchen cabinet door was falling off. Dishwasher doesn't work. Shower curtain was torn and there was a screw in the bottom of the shower at the drain that was coming out and mu grandson hit it with his foot. Overall very disappointing. They gave us a $50 gift card to Kroger from some foot that was thrown out, but again we won't be back

Cell service & wifi was horrible. Trying to get answers to questions never worked. No elevator. Had to pay for laundry & ran out of trash bags. The bunk beds “room” was very small with no fan.

The check in and out process was so easy. The room was exactly like the picture and very clean. Great location to the beach, restaurants, Walmart, and other businesses.
