Ready to plan your family or friends fun trip to Lake Erie and Islands? Come make new memories with family and friends. Or come enjoy a peaceful retreat on your own!

This cozy Sandusky home is located in the quaint town of Bay View, less than a mile from the Sandusky Bay. It's a perfect place for fishing, boating, swimming and enjoying Lake Erie. For your convenience, there is secured BOAT and car parking on the property. This house is newly remodeled, tidy, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. There are 4 smart TV's in each of bedroom and all bedding, mattresses and furniture are brand new. Kitchen fully stocked.

The backyard has a brand new SCREENED IN PORCH, gas grill, fire pit, dining table, and has plenty of seating for outdoor entertainment in a fenced in yard. We put in a new enlarged driveway to fit 4 cars. Centrally located near many Lake Erie attractions, like Cedar Point, Cedar Point Sports Force (rock climbing), African Safari Wildlife Park, Ferries to the Islands, Port Clinton beach, Kalahari, and more. In addition, it’s located near conveniences such as, rentals for: boat, kayak, paddle board, jet ski, golf cart, and fishing gear, fishing PIER(at end of street), playground, biking, golfing, and many restaurants, wineries, museums, Tofts Ice Cream, and stores. You can rent a golf cart to use in this town. Or if you to slow things down, take a walk on our quiet, and
safe (police few doors down) tree lined streets and enjoy wildlife viewing and bird watching. You might catch a glimpse of a bald eagle.

Property was well-maintained and very clean. The gas grill and screened in porch were a highlight of the property. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and in a good location. No issues with communication.

Host responded quickly to all questions and even let us in a little early. The house was very clean and what was on the website. The place was easy to find with good directions. The bedrooms are small but that didn't matter as we are only there to sleep. All the bed were comfortable and slept well. One recomendation that I would make is a coffee pot and not just a Keurig as the guys wanted real coffee. Also used the gas grill and the screened in porch a lot which was wonderful! Do need a better skillet in the kitchen cause making eggs was hard in what they had. Those two things (coffee pot, skillet) literally are the only things. So that is minor because overall this place was excellent! We would definitely be back! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfy, clean and well-stocked home during our trip. There was ample room when our kids were with us over the holiday weekend and we enjoyed family time on the screened in porch. Perfect location

We went on a weeks vacation with six adults to go fishing. The house was perfect. Clean up-to-date close to Lake Erie.The owners are great people easy to communicate with and flexible.

Great visit on Sandusky Bay

The place was very clean and comfortable. And the neighborhood was quiet and great for walks. There is a flock of wild Turkeys that were really cool to see just roaming the entire area. The entire family enjoyed the stay.

Great fishing trip!

House was very clean and well accommodated with amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. They even have enough room to park a boat and truck in the back and provided a fish cleaning table. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!

Great location for a family getaway

Perfect little house for our end of summer vacation. This house is close to Cedar Point, East Harbor State Park and Marblehead. We rented jet skis from a location in Bay View which was perfect. Had a great time hanging out with family.

Great spot not far from downtown

We came in a group of two couples for a race weekend and the place was perfect! Clean, well-furnished and decorated, stocked with everything we needed, cute quiet neighborhood, and convenient drive into Sandusky. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a great time staying here. The house was very cozy and clean and the new screened in back porch area was a extra bonus. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the location and neighborhood was very nice and within walking distance to the water.

Great spot for families!

We loved this house! It had ample space for our group of four. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the whole house is decorated in a fun lake house style. Super quick to get to Port Clinton, Sandusky, and the island ferries. It was just what we were looking for!

The house was really clean, the beds and furniture were comfy, and Marianne was very kind. She left a bunch of recommendations for things to do in the area in a binder, and she offered to get us a bottle of wine as well.

Fishing get together

Had a great time getting together with friends from Minnesota and chasing walleye on Lake Erie. This house was perfect! Good location to many great restaurants as well as short drives to multiple boat launches.
