Outside Amenities: Charcoal Grill, Sundeck, Stationary dock over the water, boat (skiff) floating dock, Picnic Table and patio chairs. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
Parking for 4. Approx. 3 blocks to the beach , No Smoking- No Pets Allowed

The Space:
2 large and comfortable living areas, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, disposal, breakfast table and breakfast bar with bar stool seating. Dining room table, 3 TV's, 2 DVD players and Wifi internet service. Outside amenities include sun deck, private floating dock & stationary dock with outdoor sink & picnic table. Washer & dryer downstairs. Street side front porch and side porch. Parking for 4, including covered parking area.

Maximum two (2) automobiles per property. Permits will be issued if required. No more than 2 permits will be issued. All vehicles in violation will be towed by the City the of North Myrtle Beach at the vehicle owners expense.

Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to rental office.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the channel on 45th Ave in Cherry Grove Beach area.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or Taxi.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
