You are sure the enjoy one of the best locations on the lake.
No large boats enter our private part of the lake where you can watch boat races, wildlife, and much more. This large house is filled with windows for a great view of the lake anywhere. Recently remodeled with enough space for 14 friends and family.

My family enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located near two grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. It's less than 3 miles from Guntersville Boat Launch by road and less than 4 miles by water.The house itself is very nice - well furnished and quite roomy. It has several large common areas.This was the second time we've rented it and it won't be the last.

This house was a perfect fit for our Thanksgiving stay. There was enough space for us not to be too crowded. The view of the lake in the back was wonderful!

Family Christmas at the Lake

The property was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bedroom and bath to themselves. Location was excellent for restaurants and shopping Kitchens were well stocked Would highly recommend. Host was very responsive

Perfect house for multi family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Large home on the lake, perfect for larger groups or multiple families. Beautiful view and great location. Home had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Peaceful

We had a group of baseball parents and kids stay. Other parents and the team came to having out daily and it was great for what we needed. Kids stayed in the lake. Used the front and backyard for pickup games. Close to grocery, restaurants, 20 minutes to the albertville fields. Super easy to contact the host. It was beautiful. So peaceful even with neighbors. Quiet at night.

Great location stellar property!

The intent of the weekend was to spend with family and a few friends to celebrate my son’s graduation. We arrived on a Friday and departed on a Monday. The location is absolutely stellar. It is close to groceries in case you forget anything however, the home is very well stocked. The few times I contacted the owner. I immediately received responses. Our weekend was rained in for one day, but the home had plenty of games and TVs to occupy our time the kitchens were amazing. We did not need for anything and were able to enjoy each other‘s company fully. We had an amazing time in our truly grateful for the opportunity we had. The sunsets and sunrises are absolutely amazing.

family fun at mountain lake

50 years of family vacations... and and this one bubbled up to our most favorite. If you have visions of mountain lake views and water activities than this home will not disappoint. the home and grounds are spacious and accommodated our three generation family of 14 with enough bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms with no feeling of tripping over one another for daily activities. The generous open space for gathering together was huge while additional spaces allowed for solitude for those in need. Our host, Joel, was excellent to work with. Our entiren family was impressed by this home and already planning for a return.

Very nice house

My wife and I, four of our adult children along with their spouses, and our two grandchildren stayed for four nights. We enjoyed our stay. The house is in a convenient location with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. One of my sons-in-law brought his pontoon boat. He didn't have any trouble tying it up to the pier at the house. The Highway 69 causeway has an eight-foot clearance at full pool which was plenty for my son-in-law's boat.We saw eagles and ospreys a number of times while out in the boat as well as from the house and yard. One bald eagle sat at the top of tree near the shoreline in a neighboring yard for about ten minutes one day.The house has two complete kitchens on opposite sides of the ground floor. That worked out nicely for the two of my children who have gluten allergies. It allowed them to keep their food far away from the very glutinous food that the rest of us had.

Way too expensive

Ants in the dirty kitchen, garbage full on arrival, smelled like dead animals, hoarder-ish, coffee maker didn’t work, and pier and boathouse are hazardous. No cleats, so no way to tie off except to the pilings, and no bumpers, so even if you do tie off, boat will likely get scratches. And the pier is so high, it is treacherous to get in and out of boats. Yard and debris made the house look uninhabited. Messaged the owner. No response after five days. Stay elsewhere.

Great time for all

The place was very spacious, and held the whole family comfortably. The two kitchens was a big help in preparing for our Thanksgiving dinner. There were areas for everyone. Those who wanted to gather a chat, those who wanted to watch TV in comfort, those who may want a quiet spot with a view... it was very spacious. We slept 12 (including infant) comfortably. Three others dropped by for the meal, and we all ate comfortably. The rooms, bathrooms, and major areas of the house were clean. There were some areas higher up near the ceiling in the main kitchen, and the fridge that could have used a little extra care, but overall, the main areas felt clean. There were also two beds that could use some repairs or upgrades to them. But nothing major Several of the family members said they would return again, but would love to do it when it's warmer so that they could take full advantage of the outdoor area and lake. All family members expressed having a great time and thanked me for planning the event at that place. I highly recommend this place for large parties.

Great Location, Nice House, Very Dirty

Everything was good except the cleaning service did not clean before we arrived and the house didn't look like it had really been cleaned in a long time. The outside areas were a mess, with overturned chairs, flip flops, a cigarette lighter and trash. The back yard had not been cut, with the grass gone to seed. Inside, we had to buy cleaning products, clean, wash windows, dust window sills and mop Saturday morning before our friends arrived. There was a strong dog odor in the main kitchen. The main dishwasher doesn't work. The coffee pot doesn't have a top so we had to but a coffee maker for the weekend. I have over 40 pictures documenting the condition of the house. The owner was very responsive until I messaged him about these items, then I haven't heard a word. I paid over $3200 for a special weekend birthday for my wife and friends and feel like the house was not anywhere close to that value. I would not recommend this house to anyone given the non-response from the owner concerning these issues

Great experience!

Great experience. Property had plenty of room and great layout. The water front was very nice. Property Owner was very responsive. Will stay here again next trip to Guntersville.
