This was the perfect spot for our Spring Break trip with our three kids - ages 14, 11, and 9. Most mornings they were out there fishing in their pajamas. We loved that the cabin was cozy, had everything we needed and more, and was only a short drive if we wanted to venture out. The kids loved the HOT tub (it was actually hot) and the fire pit was a nightly activity! Such a wonderful place to spend with family. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we visit again!

Fifth Year in a Row.

Our family loves our yearly spring getaway to the Rustic Ruby! My boys love to fish in the pond while I relax and read my books. We adventure out some and explore all Blue Ridge has to offer, but our favorite time is the peace we find at the cabin. Thank you for the comfort, peace, and memories.

Long Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The location was perfect, peaceful, scenic, and close to everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtfully provided and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The cabin was exceptionally clean, which we truly appreciated. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained getaway

The Rustic Ruby was exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and furniture. Sitting on the porches, swinging by the fire pit or fishing off the dock was just the comfy hug we needed. The cabin had all the accommodations with a few extra special touches that made us feel welcomed. Hope to return one day and enjoy this special gem.

We loved our 3 night stay! We caught and released over 20 fish! So much fun watching the squirrels play in the trees and seen deer everytime we left and come back to the Rustic Ruby!

Perfect cabin for fishing and relaxing

We enjoyed our time at Rustic Ruby. Fishing was fun along with the hot tub and s’mores at the fire pit.

Nice stay

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and checked in to make sure that everything was good for our stay. We really enjoyed fishing the pond, played cornhole & were not too far from the couple waterfall hikes we did.

Great getaway

My boyfriend and I needed to get away from the city for a few days and we had a great time staying here. It rained a little bit, but we enjoyed the hot tub and watched dvds. Very much enjoyed fishing off the dock and using the fire pit. Would love to come back!

The property were amongst one our favorites! The setup was perfect for two. The hot tub was perfect. The lake was perfect. The fire pit was perfect. Everything was just perfect. Would see love to stay here again!
