Bear Springs Retreat
Bear Springs Retreat is situated on 27 acres of private land, surrounded by farm land, natural springs, and majestic mountains in the heart of Cache Valley. The house features 10,000 square feet of living space with an open and spacious floor plan that is ideal for hosting family reunions, wedding parties, and large or small groups of close friends.
The main floor includes a large great room, dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and fixtures you'll need for any meal preparation or catering for your group and events! The main floor also features two full master bedrooms.
Upstairs you'll find four full bedrooms as well as a loft area with plenty of games, toys, and books to keep all the children entertained.
In the basement you'll find a 14-seat theater room with tiered seating, a 120-inch projection screen, and surround sound audio. Additionally, there is a recreation room with ping-pong and air hockey tables. There are two large bunk rooms downstairs that sleep 10 & 12.
The surrounding property includes a childrenâs playground area with a 2-story playhouse, swings, slides and volleyball/badminton net. In the evening you can gather around the firepit and roast marshmallows.

Missy holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, blending her love for nature with her artistic vision. Her experience in interior design allows her to curate inviting and stylish spaces throughout the retreat, ensuring that every corner reflects comfort and elegance. Missy takes great pride in the propertyâs outdoor areas, enhancing the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Paul brings a wealth of experience to Bear Springs Retreat, with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and over 23 years of service as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Navy. His dedication to excellence and attention to detail shine through in every aspect of the property. Paul continues to fuel his passion for aviation as a pilot for Life Flight, where he contributes to the community in a meaningful way.
Together, we love working around the property, continually making upgrades and improvements to enhance our guests' experience. Whether it's redesigning a garden, refreshing the decor, or adding new amenities, we pour our hearts into every project, always keeping our guests' comfort and enjoyment in mind.
