Tucked away is this spacious private walkout basement retreat. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, oversized bedrooms, large entertainment area and so much more. We're just a stones throw away to all your favorite activities including Cherry Peak ski resort, hiking and biking trails, historic sites and the hustle and bustle of down town Logan. You'll access the property through a private driveway and entrance so you can come and go as you please.
The surrounding property includes a pergola complete with grape vines and bistro table, children's play set, and a vegetable garden.

No matter the reason, this is a great place to stay while you enjoy all that cache valley has to offer.

Made for families!

We had a great stay at this location. The unit was clean and family friendly. They had plenty of board games and activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic stay in Logan area

Loved this property and will definitely try to book it again next time we are in the Logan area. The place is large and comfortable, and perfectly located for our visit. Host was very responsive and great to work with!

Fabulously Family Friendly

Perfect for our needs and has everything you need and then some. It was a perfect place to stay for our family reunion and our 1 1/2 year old grandson was in heaven with all the extra toys and dress up available. Very spacious accommodations and easy to access basement. Host is very responsive and answered all questions. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in town. Thanks!

Nice place to stay

Property was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our short stay in the area. Check-in was easy. We appreciated the welcome basket as well as some of the extra toiletry items. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun family getaway

We had a great time staying in the comfy cool home. Large family room area for kids to play and watch movies. Stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Fun yard for children to play.

Located in Smithfield, a spacious area with one bathroom, and a great place to stay. If your kids like super hero, they will love the decorations in the kid bedroom.

Last minute booking

Traveled alone with two very small children for a memorial. This place had plenty of room and all the kid things to keep my 3 year old happy. It was the perfect place to rest and play between time with our extended family. Clean, comfortable beds, and I foumd the temperature to be just right.

Absolutely perfect

It’s a little tricky to find the driveway in the dark… but once we did and took a chance on driving back onto the property… it was amazing. Beds were SO comfortable and more than enough amenities for our stay- kinda wish we could have just hung out in the yard for a bit. Took the long way around the house looking for the garbage when we left, so Ingot the full tour and it’s just breathtaking. We come to visit family in Logan and this will be our new home away from home even if it’s a little further out.

It would have been good to know that the location was in Smithfield prior to booking. However, I do realize that the description may have said that and I missed it.

Great little basement apartment

We had a great stay here and enjoyed our time. The only thing to realize is that the bunk beds are made for kids. My adult brother went to climb onto the top bunk and it almost tipped over on him. Worked out ok eventually, but just something to be aware of if you are coming with adults.

Fun for the whole family

We took our young family of 5 to this wonderfully charming home in Smithfield. Located on a quiet street, we loved going for bike rides in the neighborhood. Our kids absolutely loved the playground and variety of super hero dress up options. We were a little worried about our 5 year old autistic boy being too noisy, he just loved all the toys and games available and would scream with delight each chance he got to play. We felt so welcome here, the wonderful woman upstairs even gave us some bandaids when my 7 year old crashed his bike and scraped his knee.

It was very nice. It was quiet. It says you have air conditioning but it is controlled upstairs and in the mornings they open their windows, so you don't get the cooling downstairs since there aren't many windows there. They said there was a hot tub/spa which we never found.

Comfortable, Pleasant Stay in Great Location

If you need a place to stay close to Logan, I would highly recommend this place. While we didn’t need to talk to the owner, it was comforting knowing that she would be there with just a phone call if we needed anything. Getting here and gaining access couldn’t have been any easier. Everything you need to know was in a folder on the kitchen counter. The basement was extremely clean and was big enough to spread out and feel really spacious. You’d forget there were people upstairs save for the rare sound of footsteps as it was such a peaceful stay. Having access to a kitchen and laundry room wasn’t necessary for us, but it was a welcome option. The house is located near a grocery store and is just a few miles from many restaurants and eateries. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and we’ll likely be back next year should we play again. I couldn’t recommend it more if you need a clean, quiet place to relax.

Very cute unit.

The basement has everything you need! We wished we could have stayed longer. My kids loved the bunk beds. Its very clean and you wouldn't even know people were upstairs. It feels like a completely separate unit.

Great place!

The host was great, responded promptly. The place was very clean and well stocked. I loved the welcome basket, and it was a quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this location, and I would stay here again.

After graduating college and starting a family we decided to move to beautiful Smithfield. We loved it so much that we stuck around and built this home. It took us blood sweat and tears but when we were done we had our dream home with enough room for our 3 teenagers. The years past, and they all grew up and had families of their own so, we decided to turn the basement into a place where people could come stay and enjoy their time in the valley we love and hopefully fall in love with it as well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We choose this place because we grew to love cache valley, over the last 34 years we have been here. We choose Smithfield particularly because of the great community, excellent mountain views, and the lack of mosquitos. :-) We love the small town feel with the access to so many thing to do and see.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property is tucked away in the middle of the block with plenty of open space around it. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing yet it is just a few miles from the great things Cache Valley has to offer. The sunsets are amazing and the mountains breathtaking.
