Cozy and convenient

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. The home is surrounded with security cameras that would announce we were being recorded every time we walked outside. Annoying but I understand the purpose!

Nice stay

The owner was responsive to the issues I had while at the house. My only real dissatisfaction is that the bunk beds are unsafe to sleep on. It’s truly just two beds stacked on one another and not secured in any way. There is no chance I would put my kids in that which is unfortunate since that was a major selling point when we were deciding on a rental. Overall, everything was adequate but I didn’t find that part to be true to how it was advertised.

Great place!

This house was awesome. Very clean, right near the highway and super close to downtown. Property owner was super easy to get a hold of as well!

Good Location

Proximity to PHX is great. Clean. 2nd bath was tiny, but functional. Host was prompt and helpful. Wish added costs, esp. cleaning fee, weren't so high.

Disappointed in House

The house inside was clean. The kitchen lacked counter space due to a microwave on one side and air fryer oven on the other side. The living room did not have space for 4 people to sit. Maybe add a chair. Broken blinds on the front window. The drapes on windows need to be replaced to cover entire window. Black out windows are great. The junk dealer across the street was alarming when arriving. There was an old camper trailer, trailers full of junk. The neighborhood was not one where you would walk around. It was not a safe place in our opinion. An alarm system would be helpful.

Cute rental property

Me and my family really enjoyed the rental it was comfortable and quaint. Just the right size for all of us. We will be back and renting again. Oven was broken but other than that eveything was giod. Needs more kitchen accessories such as dishes, cups and pans. Than you for a great stay!!

Good location. Liked the morning rooster! Comfortable beds. Enough bath towels. Shady front. Needs a kitchen towel and a t tissue dispenser in the second bathroom. Back door dead bolt needs attention.

Needs some furniture updating

We rented this house because it was advertised as a 3 bedroom. There were 4 people (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) using the house. There were several issues with the house: One room had a bunkbed that was so unsafe that the teenagers could not use it. When touching the bed it shook so much that we were concerned that the top bunk would fall. The leg of the top bed was off-center of the bottom bed and not stable at all. The bottom bunk side rail had separated from the bedpost. We had to share the queen size bed and one of the girls slept on the couch. In the second bedroom, the bottom sheet and mattress pad had a large burn. It was not obvious when we checked in we did not notice as it was daytime but as night came and the house got dark there were bright flashing lights in all of the rooms, we did not find the source of the flashing lights but very distracting while trying to fall asleep. The day before we were to check in I received a message that the "Oven" was not working but they put an additional microwave in the kitchen. We decided to keep our reservation as we only had 1 day to find another place to stay and we weren’t planning on doing a lot of cooking. It turned out that the range (cooktop and oven) was not working. Looking on the property now the house has been taken out of service for a technical problem. We should have been notified sooner about the range. I have pictures of all of these issues but unsure how to insert them into this post.

Great house to spend time with our of state family

Great house to spend time with out of state family, great outdoor space to enjoy talking and evening dinners. The house really has a relaxing feel, my family and I really enjoyed our stay here, definitely would stay at this property in the future again.

Great Stay

Excellent house, very clean, updated, great beds and pillows. Pretty active neighborhood, so it was a bit loud late, the next door neighbors rooster said hello every morning, interesting balance. Owner is very responsive. Would stay again!

Spring training

Location worked good for us going to ball games. Neighborhood was okay but not the best. Couple suggestions: coffee mugs, more frying pans/pots for some cooking, possibly an outdoor grill. Overall we had a very enjoyable time!

It was ok

The issues we ran into were a delay in getting the checkin info so we lost some time. The house seemed clean other than an extremely dirty area rug. It made our feet black. There were not enough towels and no trash bags. The price seemed a bit high for the location once we got there and saw the area. The upgrades to the house are nice and great appliances. Loved the labeling which helps. For the pricing it should include tvs in the rooms.
