Enjoy this modern luxury home with all new appliances, flooring, landscaping enhancements and more! Your temporary home comes with all the fun activities such as ping pong, corn hole, and putting golf! Then you can cross the foot bridge that leads you right to our downtown Gilbert, which is full of restaurants, bars and a night full of dancing! If walking doesn't seem fun, you can always take a 2-minute uber!

The space:
There are 3 bedrooms that include: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin beds, to sleep 6 people comfortably. All beds include a memory foam mattress, and extra sheets/towels in the hall closet. There are 2 smart tv's so you can log into your own streaming apps! Wifi is also included for you and that information is located in our information booklet.

Guest access:
The house sits in a cute little neighborhood surrounded by white picket fence with no code to get in. The 2-car garage is completely empty for your parking needs, as well as a 2-car driveway.

Beautiful and Spacious

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. The furnishings/layout are tasteful and comfortable. We had more than enough space for just the two of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and had great lighting. The property location is great for exploring the greater Phoenix area. Gilbert’s downtown is quite lively with great restaurants. This is our second time staying in this area and we are fans of this friendly town. It’s a great property for anyone, especially for a family with children, as the golf putting green, table tennis, and corn hole in the backyard make for some private fun outside.

Would recommend anyone to stay here

We had a great time, the property is great for back yard entertainment as you have more space to mingle without a pool. It provides a nice flow through the front door into the living room/kitchen and back yard. The host was very communicative through the small problems we did encounter and was encouraging that these issues would be addressed for future stays.

It was an awesome stay, the host has everything we needed.. including coffee! It was walking distance to my SIL house. Perfect all around! Definitely going to stay again.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay in this VRBO in Gilbert, it was the perfect location! Close to enjoy the many restaurants and entertainment in Gilbert, Chandler and just a short drive to Scottsdale. Cassie is a wonderful host, answered all the questions we had in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing home

This house was perfect to celebrate my sisters life with close friends and family. Very clean and spacious. Love the decor and beautiful backyard. Beds were very comfortable. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful Home near Siena Villa & Downtown Gilbert

Our good friend's daughter was getting married at Siena Villa and we wanted to find a home that we could share with another couple for the weekend that was close to the venue. This Gilbert Property is perfect, not only in location but also in layout and design. With the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the open layout of the living/kitchen area the other couple, my husband, and myself had plenty of room to spread out and not feel like we were in each other's space. However, we could easily have accommodated another couple as well. We even had the mother of the bride, her boyfriend, and her mother come over to our house after the rehearsal to gather for a couple of hours and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is very nice and if it had been a little less humid, we probably would have sat outside; but again the open area of the living/dining/kitchen area was a perfect gathering place. With our wedding group, we had 4 different VRBO's in the area of Siena Villa area, and we kept hearing from the mother of the bride how our VRBO was the nicest one. I had seen 2 of them, and I would have to agree with her; this Gilbert Vacation Rental was the best one out of the group. If you are looking for a vacation rental to attend a wedding at Siena Villa or if you want to easy access Downtown Gilbert, this VRBO is a wonderful choice. If I ever need a VRBO in this area in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Seester’s 50th!!!

I had a girls “get away” for my sister’s 50th and this beautiful house was perfect! Clean, roomy, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our gathering! Everyone loves the home and the host was awesome! Loved the closeness to Gilbert’s down town area of fun! We will be back!!! Thank you!!!
