When you’re done adventuring for the day, have some fun in our game room with our infinity table (dozens of digital games like ticket to ride, battleship, and Yahtzee), Big Buck Hunter, WII gaming system, boss toss, new board games and puzzles, or watch a movie with our gigabit speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, and our 5 NEW smart TVs. Or you can relax around our backyard fire-pit and enjoy a sunset, listen to music on our Bluetooth speakers next to one of our two fireplaces, or take in a show and nature at the same time in our brand NEW hot tub with 55” outdoor TV.

Did we mention the PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURT?! Full size court with paddles and balls supplied. Come enjoy the fastest growing sport in America in the comfort of your own back yard!

Entertainment aside, your comfort is of the utmost importance to us and with 4 clean and UPDATED bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, plus a sleeper sofa and trundle, this house has more than enough room for everyone. Gather around our large dining table or sip a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the wildlife that you’re sure to see just outside the windows. We’re also one of the few homes in Estes with air conditioning!

We are very family friendly with a baby gate, high chair, pack n’ play, sound machine, and baby monitor included with your stay. We want your littles to be safe and happy too. They even have their own little box of toys that they can play with while you relax.

This home also boasts a fully equipped kitchen, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and best of all a garage with a COMPLIMENTARY EV CHARGER.

Memorial Day Weekend

We (couple in late 50's) brought our adult kids and their spouses (ages 26 - 39) and our grandkids (8 and 11 months) spent 5 nights at this property. It was perfect for our group, with lots of space for everyone, and lots of fun games and activities at the house. The house is in a great location for all of your Estes Park activities. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, perfect house for teens!

We stayed for a week in June with our kids (13 to 21). Location was perfect for doing hikes and drives at RMNP and other local activities. Plenty to do at the house at the end of the day with the pickleball court, hot tub, and game room. We’ve stayed at lots of VRBOs the last few years and this one was wonderful - pictures are accurate, house was clean and well stocked (had plenty of laundry soap, Dishsoap, and toiletries). The hosts were very helpful with questions and suggestions for restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 older kids. We had such a fun time. There was plenty to do just in the house and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub was amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Getaway

We enjoyed relaxing with our adult children and grandchildren. We appreciated the multiple bedrooms and the game room! Only wish we could have played pickleball but it was too cold!

Great Location and Experiance

Our Friend group really enjoyed this property. Basketball/pickelball court, enough seating for 8, all while elk herds walk through the yard and neighborhood everyday. We had a great time and would stay again.

Wonderful house, great location

This house was perfect for us for a quick weekend trip to see Rocky Mountain National Park. The house had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable, and there were lots of fun things to do there. I also appreciated that the host provided plenty of little things like trash bags and laundry/dishwashing detergent, as well as coffee! We had a great time and would stay here again.

Great stay

Enjoyed this great home with friends. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed all of the amenities including the hot tub and game room. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and host was very communicative. Would recommend for a great place in Estes Park!

Great location to Rocky Mountain National Park

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Close proximity to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and a short drive to downtown Estes shopping area. We saw wildlife from the property
.deer, Elk and even had a rare visit from a Black Bear. Also saw a Moose cross the road on a trip into town. Estes Park is a beautiful place!

Fantastic cabin for a small bachelor party. Really cozy aesthetic in a fantastic location with plenty of room for multiple people. The game room was a cool addition that really separates this location from the rest.

Wonderful home for Thanksgiving!

Overall, this home and what it provides is phenomenal! We had a wonderful time being together and plenty of room to do so! It’s a few minutes from downtown Estes and lots of access to stores and activities. Hope to rent again!!!

We loved our short time at this property & wish we could’ve enjoyed it more. Location to downtown & the park was perfect. We all loved the game room & we enjoyed watching our boys play basketball while sitting by the fire pit. We also loved the visits from the elk & mule deer.
