The Owner was kind and accommodating, and you couldn't beat the location! We walked everywhere, no transportation needed! Would definitely visit again!
This place was a fantastic and comfortable place to stay. The location was top-notch, close to the subway and easily walkable. The kitchen was well-stocked. Beds were so comfortable and it was a wonderful place for our family. The host was easy to communicate with and we will definitely stay there again if we return to Boston. Highly recommend!
My wife and I were looking for a local property for a much needed getaway when we stumbled upon this gorgeous property. Aside from being spacious & clean, it offers all the amenities of home! Located minutes away from landmarks such as Newbury Street & Copley Square. I would highly recommend this property!
Right near the Amtrak we took to get to Boston. Easy access to the Orange Line for daily travel throughout the city. Smart tv with Apps that, if you have, you can sign in to. Nice outdoor garden space if you want to sit and relax.
Our family of four had a wonderful stay!! Just a few blocks from the Back Bay T stop in one direction and Tremont Street in the other direction, tucked amongst the charming brownstones of the South End. Apartment was as pictured, with beautiful decor. Beds are firm, which we found comfortable. Kitchen is very well stocked. We were there off season, but would love to come back when the garden space is ready!
This home is an absolutely fantastic location! Quite a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the T lines are nearby too. However, the home is an older home and does not have central AC (which is very common). The host has added window units to the bedroom, but the downstairs can get a little warm and humid. Also, the mattresses are quite firm. However, I would still recommend this home to friends and family.
This space is a cute, quirky, comfortable private 2-floor apartment with its own entrance. The location was so perfect for us, we are likely to stay here again. It's walking distance to coffee-shops, convenience stores, downtown, and other neighborhoods we were visiting. Even though it was too early in the spring for the garden to be made up, it was still a treat to have a private outdoor space.
One thing I'd note for others: it is the lower two levels of a 5-story townhouse, which we didn't realize when booking. We never saw the residents in the upper unit while we were there, but like many apartments, you're going to hear extra noises when people are living above you. To be clear, the noise from the neighbors was not disturbing -- and sometimes it was hard to distinguish between them and the sump-pump which, regrettably, had to cycle on and off regularly during the 2-3 days of rain we had -- we were just surprised that having upstairs neighbors wasn't mentioned in the description. It certainly didn't detract from our enjoyment of the home, however, and we definitely recommend it to others visiting Boston. We had every amenity we needed, the furniture was comfortable and clean, and the host was very easy to reach. We had no problems at all checking in or locking up when we left.

Stayed here for the Boston Marathon, and it was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, and very walkable to everywhere we needed to be. Cute spot, and always love a fully equipped kitchen! Jonas was great and communicative, let us even drop off our luggage early.
Explored the city with ease from this prime location in the beautiful Back Bay neighborhood. The place has lots of old Boston charm. Close to transit and within walking distance to restaurants and historical sites. The CVS up the street was also convenient for absent minded packers! The beds were a little firm for me but all and all a comfortable stay.
This was a perfect setup for my business partner and I while we were in town for some Harvard events and general touristy things. So many places to walk to and enjoy. We took the subway in from the airport and it was really easy. Red Sox game was a quick Uber. Lots of great little coffee shops and places to eat in the area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need even though I think we only used the wine opener and wine glasses :D And even better was enjoying that wine in the back garden before calling it a night.
My daughter and I spent a week here in late June. It was perfect for the two of us and just as advertised!
The neighborhood is great too - be sure to try Barcelona- wonderful!
Boston is such a great city and this flat is perfectly located at the center of everything. Blocks from Southy, the Pru, Public Garden, on and on. Great neighborhood - just can't be beat.
Host is awesome and excellent communicator. Description and pictures are accurate. With any older place it has it's quircks but nothing to detract from the stay.
We loved this place - it was perfect for a few of us to get together, catch up, walk around Boston all day, and come home for a glass of wine. Very cute - but nothing beats the access to the garden!!!
Nice property-pictures very accurate. 5-Night stay. Very firm mattresses on beds--not something we were used to, but we were so tired by the end of the day we still managed to sleep ok. About a 7 minute walk to a CVS, which had all of the snacks, milk, bread, water and other necessities we needed. Within a 15-20 minutes walk to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. Boston Burgers--a great restaurant for a burger and appetizers. About a 25-30minute walk to Fenway Park.
Property is on a great street in great location. We walked to Fenway park, the Freedom trail and many restaurants! The downside is the property had a âbasement dampâ smell and high humidity. We had difficulty controlling the temperature. Wifi did not work. Could use some updates.
