Winterset Townhomes is a small, well-maintained complex with 33 units, conveniently located one block from Vons supermarket, restaurants and the town loop walking/biking trail. The bus to Canyon Lodge is steps away from the front entrance. Enjoy the Winterset pool and BBQ (Summer Only) and also the sauna, and jacuzzi (Year Round)
Configuration/Amenities:
The Master bedroom features a King bed, as well as a TV and a full, master bath ensuite.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, TV, and a full bath ensuite.
The loft is furnished with a Twin/full combo bunk bed, and also a twin. The open loft overlooks the living room and dining area.
In the living room there is a tv, pellet stove and a deck off the living room
There is a Full bathroom off the kitchen
The washer/dryer are in the hall. Up the stairs
Central heat, pellet stove and electric wall heaters keep you very toasty in the winter months
Parking is available-for 2 cars - on a first come first served basis - in a lot directly in front of this townhome
TWO paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. There are two outdoor, unassigned parking spaces in front of the unit. Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the unmarked parking spaces outside.
