Picturesque Beauty

We loved our stay here. From walking in to check out. The view cannot be beat. Beautiful sunsets, kayaking trails, pool! Could not ask for a better place to relax.

Great location on the canal. Even if you don’t have a boat our kids had a blast riding in the kayaks. Manatee sightings almost every day. House was great and the AC kept up with kids going in and out. Property owner was easy to get a hold of. Great stay overall!

Everything was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 3 littles under 5. We enjoyed the pool, a bit of fishing and kayaking off the dock, and of course a trip to see the mermaids at Weeki Wachee. Cleanliness and communication were excellent! The only complaint I can think of is that we couldn’t find any Avon Skin So Soft spray for the little biting no see ‘ems in the early mornings and evenings (outside of course) ….. next trip I’ll remember to bring mine! And yes, we would definitely stay here again!

Nancy stayed for 3 nights and left the place in perfect condition. Communicative and respectful throughout. The bugs can come out at dusk, but usually disappear when the sun goes down and its great to site outside. Hope to see you again!

Fantastic!

The property, dock, house, were all great. We spent more time inside than we wanted since it rained all week but the house was great for it. Wonderful experience. The owner was available and communicated and came and fixed a minor issue we had.

Absolutely perfect spot for our family gathering

The house was extremely clean and comfortable with a setting right on the water. Beautiful sunsets! Fully equipped with canoes and kayaks, heated pool and even a sandy beach with a fire pit.

Great vacay spot at the Coastal Retreat!

We had a great vacation with our best friends at the Coastal Retreat property! The house had everything we needed and was very clean, homey and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed being on the canal. We fished off the dock and swam in the pool daily. We were in the kayaks/canoe and had manatees swimming right around us which was super cool! Definitely suggest doing an airboat ride on the Weeki Wachee River with Gulf of America Airboat Tours and having beach time at Pine Island Park. Communication was great with the owners from start to finish. Highly recommend Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! Thank you kindly!!!

Great Views with Plenty of Rrooms

The house was perfect for our family. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms allowed everyone to have their space. The views were great and the kayaks/canoe were enjoyed thoroughly. The area to kayak is very peaceful. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, plenty of glasses and plates, even for the kids. The couches were comfortable and there were plenty of TVs in the house.

Great family vacation

We loved this house! It was in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool, the kayaks, fishing from the dock, the canal and the house was very nice. It was clean and had everything you need in a vacation rental. We all wished it would never end and cant wait to go back! Thanks for a great home away from home!

What a wonderful vacation spot! We loved the house and the amenities!! We kayaked the canal and gulf

Best vrbo we have stayed at! Perfect location. So much room in the 5bd 3 bath house it also had 2 pull out couches. So comfortable and close to all the fun! Weeki Wachee, Gulf of Mexico, Rainbow Springs, good eats Tarpon Springs and so much more! None of crew was disappointed 🥰🥰 5 stars for sure!!

Relaxing peaceful time in Hernando

We stayed in Hernando Beach at a lovely decorated home right on the canal with a view of the gulf. The house was perfect for our group. Kid friendly with plenty of convenience’s & entertainment for them. The adults, also had plenty of activities & sunshine. The house layout was great for our needs & the one level home very convenient with a toddler. I’d go back immediately if I could!

Communication from the host was spot on. Questions were answered immediately. The sunsets from the deck were amazing with it's unobstructed view towards the Gulf. The pool was the perfect temperature. We had 9 guests and the house was just right for entertaining, plenty of space and never felt crowded.

Family Get a way

This was perfect location for day trips and just staying there. The pool kept the kids busy when the older ones were kayaking with manatee in the canal and they the breaks to the ocean in the evening to see the dolphins feeding. Plenty of room for 8 adults and the 6-16 yr olds. Highly recommended!😊

Beautiful Home

Hernado Beach alone is incredible, adding this beautiful home to our trip made it a amazing experience. We fished we enjoyed the local eatery’s and we will stay here again. Allen always answered the phone if we needed to ask questions.

Training

House was perfect for our a leadership training we were doing in the area. Lot of room for relaxing but perfect space for us to work when needed as well. Kids loved it too and the kayaks were awesome.

This house was an amazing spot for my family! We enjoyed the views, the adventures on the water in the kayaks and canoe, the marine life, fishing from the house, and the pool time. We are family that has disabled adults and a senior dog. So being all on one level made this so easy for everyone physically and for spending time with each other. We will be coming back next year!!

Amazing Vacation!

Our family had the best vacation. The house was absolutely amazing. The view of the gulf was beautiful! We used all the amenities. The pool was great and loved that we could kayak out into the gulf from the dock. It was very peaceful! Would definitely rent again! Alan was great and very responsive! Lots of great restaurants and things to do in the area!

Kitchen could use some additional cookware. Inside of house was immaculate and very roomy. Outside could use some cleaning/straightening up. Lots of building material (tile, wood etc) strone about on the sides of the yard. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

What a wonderful week in a beautiful home! The house is amazing with a wonderful view of the Gulf. Everyone had their own room with three private baths. The double washers and dryers were a surprise and came in handy for our large family. The pool was perfect, check in and out was seamless. We will definitely stay here again and again!

Loved It!

This house was perfect for our trip. Amazing views, clean pool, lots of outdoor seating. It has everything you would want from a quiet retreat. There was a restaurant less than a mile away where we ate breakfast. The kayaks were laid out on the dock for us which made them super easy to use. I wish we could've stayed longer but we'll definitely be back!!
