Located within the exclusive St. George Plantation Sea Knight offers amenities galore. Features include; 4 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, exposed beam vaulted ceilings, large kitchen with island and a bar for six and much more. NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Amenities: Cable TV, DVD, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Outside Shower, Boardwalk to Beach, Grill, Fish Cleaning Table, Community Swimming Pool and Tennis Courts, and more.

Suncoast Vacation Rentals offers a wide selection of beach homes and cottages on St. George Island ranging from one to eight bedrooms. Our rates are some of the most competitive on the island, for which we provide nice beach homes for an affordable price. All of our beach homes have televisions with cable and DVD/VCR's. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was great . Booking was easy , the house was exactly as described. Great layout. The view is beautiful. The location was spectacular. The only thing that I would change would be that the house might be a little cleaner.(cabinet doors were dirty and very dusty) Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Great beach rental, great views, will return!

Amazing views and plenty of space. The house is a little quirky. Like others have said the house could use some renovations, the cabinets need replacing as do some of the window treatments in the main living area. One door to the beach is hard to open and close. But if you’ve ever owned a rental house you need to maximize your investments because properties, especially short term rentals on the beach, get abused by tenants. Everything worked. It was well supplied, and very clean. We did leave a tip for the cleaning crew as the place was spotless. Checkin is super easy. We’ve rented a good dozen houses on the beach in the plantation over the years and this one may be our favorite. We definitely plan to return and book this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house on SGI. The home is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a family getaway. The elevator was such a helpful feature for unloading groceries and luggage. One of the best surprises was how close the house is to the water—much closer than we expected—and the ocean views from nearly every angle were stunning.The spacious kitchen and open layout made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. We especially loved spending time on the deck watching the dolphins—there were so many! The cut is just a short walk away, adding to the great location.The only downside was the palmetto bugs. There were several dead on the floor when we arrived, and a technician came by (unannounced) on the first day to spray, which led to a few more bugs showing up. We understand this is common for the season, but it could catch some guests off guard.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely book this home again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location and being close to the beach and water. Having access to the Plantation pools was a plus. However the house definitely needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. No usable grills, broken toilet seat, sliding glass doors very difficult to open, some of the kitchen lights did work. I do realize that beach houses take a beating but the owners need to do some maintenance.

We had an issue our first day with a mattress but it was addressed within 24 hours and we never skipped a beat. I would absolutely stay here again. So close to the water and even had a turtle come up and lay eggs while we were here. Just perfect!

Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the location of this house in the plantation and not far from Sike’s cut, the ease to the beach and the layout of the house being one level. The only thing I would say is the cabinets need updating or at least re-hinged. Some of the doors were falling off. Other than that, it was perfect paradise!

We miss the screen porch from long ago but the view is like from the deck of a ship!! Great one level home with huge space to all spend time doing puzzles and other activities.!our only thought that isn’t the best is the cabinets in kitchen. We did not abuse them but think that maybe the years of great stats has worn them out. A few bugs but we know that may be expected.We absolutely treasure our almost 30 years of staying exclusively with Suncoast! It’s nice to be remembered each time and think back to all our wonderful stays on St George.

It has everything you need, and beautiful private beach all to yourselves. We bring our own paddleboards and chase dolphins every day, they are EVERYWHERE here! Can't say enough about this great vacation spot and house!

Fabulous views and the gulf steps from boardwalk. Floor plan was excellent and roomy. As previously reported by others overall it could use a good cleaning. Suncoast Realty staff is always courteous and professional. The outdoor shower was used daily by all of us and the elevator was great for our 89 year old mom.

Incredible View of Sea, Sand, and Stars

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view from the beautiful large living/dining/kitchen area of the Sea Knight is amazing! You are so close to the water you can imagine being on a Cruise ship! I love the natural wood ceiling in this house. Plenty of seating and dining in this open plan. Every bedroom is nice! So nice to be set up on beach in minutes... and have your very own slice of paradise beach! And even a shower hut to wash off before coming in. We rented 12 foot paddle boards and were delighted to play with dolphin every time we went out! That was an experience like no other! Even the view at night is incredible. No light pollution means seeing most stars ever! Pools, one more for kids, is just a couple minutes drive away. House could use a little touch up, but the location, view, and setting can not be beat! I’m going back!
