Summary:
This stylish 3rd floor apartment is located on the outskirts of the trendy Perry District and is just minutes from downtown Spokane. Conveniently located right off of I90 you will find that everything you need from great restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and recreational activities are all within reach.

The Space:
The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and bakeware so preparing meals onsite will be a breeze. This is a perfect place if you are traveling with children as our bunk room (featuring 2 twin over queen beds) was designed with little ones in mind. Our classic queen room comfortably sleeps 2 adults! kit BOOK NOW!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the large parking lot as a first come, first serve, basis during their stay as well as full access to free street parking next to the apartment complex.

Other Things to Note:
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

4 Night Stay

Our family of 4 visited for a volleyball tournament. The apartment was perfect for us and the kids. My daughter and son were able to have their own beds and bathroom space, apart from us adults. The space was very clean, cutely decorated, and had all the amenities necessary plus many extras that made the stay wonderful. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location close to Gonzaga

This is our second time staying at this property. We chose a room with a balcony this time so we could relax and have a cold beverage outside. Property was spotless and extremely comfortable for our family of 5. Check-in was very easy and communication with attentive owners was effortless.

Thoughtful details and great communication

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. There were 4 adults and it fit us all well. There were many thoughtful details, like a fan in the bedroom, coffee, outlets near the beds, basic cooking supplies. It made the trip a whole lot easier and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Girls' Getaway!

The property was perfect for our girls' getaway. We had enough room for the three of us - two bathrooms a definite bonus! - and we had plenty of room for relaxing. Love the extra touches like coffee and filters provided (because we forgot!) and shower needs. We even used the iron and ironing board. Great location, close to everything we wanted to get out and do.

Good Space for Group

Everything was clean and nice inside. It was a great space for a family/group with the multi-bed setup, and the kitchen was large and well equipped. The beds were very firm, too much so for our family, so that would be my only real suggestion for improvement. There isn’t much that could be done about it, but the street noise was quite loud from the third floor since we were overlooking the freeway. Overall it was a good stay and it was in close proximity to all of the family activities planned in Spokane.

Girls Weekend

The perfect home base for our girls' weekend. The only complaint about the location has nothing to do with the apartment, it's that there is lot of highway noise if you open a window or sit out on the balcony. Other than that, it's comfortable, spacious, has all the amenities you would want (2 bathrooms is wonderful!) and it's decorated so cute! We love being able to cook our own meals, and have enough space to hang out without feeling like we're on top of each other.

Comfortable dependable property

This was our second time renting a unit on this property. Just like last time, the property exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, clean, well decorated and conveniently located to all parts of the city. Quiet neighborhood but minutes from downtown. Kind and courteous owners with excellent communication! They know hospitality! Very satisfied!

Clean and easy

The stay was great. I dont mind the road noise but the property is right by the freeway. A couple of the kids had issues with the noise. The apartment was clean and obviously newly renovated. We were only there one night. The hosts were super helpful and communicated everything. I have never used VRBO or any other vacation rental before. They made it super easy. I highly recommend the property.

Nice Modern Place

This looks like a new facility of vacation rentals. The kitchen was well stocked. We would have liked to sit out on the balcony but it was to cold. The beds were comfortable but a little firm for us, but that it just us. The owner was very helpful and communicated well. The only downside of this place is that it is only a block off of I-90. So there is a lot of freeway noise. It's just white noise in the background but it is there.

Fresh, clean, modern

Very cute, comfortable, clean property. Great communication from the hosts, and easy booking and check in. Good value for lots of convenient amenities. Nicely decorated, feels homey and contemporary. We would definitely stay at this property again.
