Votre chalet d'invitĂ© privĂ© confortable de 900 pieds carrĂ©s offre 1 chambre et deux salles de bain complĂštes et est meublĂ© avec des draps Ă©lĂ©gants et quelques antiquitĂ©s. Il est situĂ© au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et est entiĂšrement privĂ©, exceptionnellement calme - un endroit parfait pour une lune de miel. Il y a une entrĂ©e sĂ©parĂ©e avec parking disponible. Mais vous n'aurez pas besoin de votre voiture ... vous pouvez vous promener dans les restaurants et les magasins, ou prendre le transport gratuit juste en bas de la rue pour les remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques de Breckenridge, la tĂ©lĂ©cabine ou n'importe oĂč ailleurs dans le comtĂ© oĂč vous voulez aller. Et si vous avez des jeunes avec vous (de tout Ăąge), il y a une merveilleuse colline de traĂźneau (Carter Park) juste en bas de la rue, et nous avons des traĂźneaux, etc. Ă  votre disposition.

Et en été, la musique remplit l'air! Il y a le festival de jazz, le festival d'été de musique au RiverWalk Center et le festival du film. Et n'oubliez pas le défilé du 4 juillet, les expositions d'art, les marchés fermiers ... il y a toujours quelque chose à faire à Breckenridge.

Perfect Location Close to downtown but private

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the guest house was equipped with what we needed. Close to downtown and yet, private. The appliances were a little dated and the dishwasher was loud when running, but the master bed was comfortable and the space was fantastic.

Lovely!

The boiler heater wasn’t working but the owner was quick to fix the problem (x2). Great location, clean and beautiful. Definitely icy where parking was but was able to walk around in grass to avoid it. Would stay again for sure! Thanks Marie!

Perfect little place

Right on the corner with parking at the door. So nice to just sit and watch the snow fall. The fireplace is a great bonus to relax and unwind after a day of skiing or hiking or sledding or shopping. Everything is very close but also it is quiet.

Perfect accommodation in downtown Breckenridge

My only hesitation in giving the Sautter House Cottage such rave reviews is that it will be unavailable the next time I want to reserve it! In all seriousness, it's the perfect accommodation and location, particularly for a couple. Marie, our host, was such a pleasure to work with (especially on short notice). I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Cozy and warm

Our stay at Marie's rental was perfect. We had everything we needed to easily walk to town, bus to ski resort, and cook. I especially liked my nice hot shower at the end of day, serving dishes to make a nice sit-down dinner, and the conformable feeling of being home. I would definitely stay again! Thanks, Marie!

Quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy cottage

This was our first time staying at Marie's cottage and we absolutely loved it. It is located away from the bustling downtown in a quiet neighborhood, but also close enough to walk to downtown amenities, even in the wintertime. We chose it because it looked to offer a cozy atmosphere with comfortable furnishings, a respite for a lovely weekend excursion - and that was exactly what it was. There was one glitch on the day we arrived, but Marie responded immediately to fix the situation - awesome, very thoughtful and kind! We are actually dreaming about the next time we get to stay there.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time in this cottage. Location and proximity to all that Breck has to offer was perfect. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. The host was great. We received several inches of fresh snow while there and they stopped over and shoveled the walkway and parking area. The only downfall is that this cottage is connected to the main house and you can hear just about everything going on in there. I assume they can hear everything from the cottage. Other than that, we loved this property!

Guest cottage is very cozy!

We thoroughly enjoy the coziness and convenience of the cottage! Being able to park right in front is so convenient especially since my husband can not walk long distances. We love the coziness of the cottage especially with the fireplace ambiance. It is very well furnished. Also very convenient to restaurants and shopping! This was our 2nd stay in the guest cottage.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

The home met every need for a three night stay and ski trip. Very comfortable for us and our college aged daughter. Just a few blocks to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking. It was nice being in town and close to everything. Communication with Marie was exceptional. We would stay there again.

Great all around

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect as it was just a few blocks to main street but very quiet. I didn't realize it had 2 full bathrooms but this was a bonus that worked out great for my wife and I. We didn't cook but everything was there if we wanted to. Overall this was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay again.

The property was as-advertised, we overall enjoyed our stay. That said, the cottage could use a deep cleaning, it was quite dusty and had hair from previous guests present/visible.

Beautiful Guest Home in a Great Location!

My husband and I spent a week at this property and we really enjoyed it. It is just the right size for two people and it is so cute! We loved being within walking distance of Main Street and there is also a trail a block away. We met the owners and they are wonderful people. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Wonderful stay

The home was wonderful! We were only a few blocks from Main Street and the laundromat and carter park where my kids loved sledding. The cottage had everything we needed and the host was very helpful!

Great stay

Lovely home with a cottage feel. Walking distance to everything while also being in a quieter part of the village which we loved. . Communication with the host was amazing, even when I accidentally called from the top of the mountain skiing, she responded. We will be back.

Perfect Location

This home is not only within easy walking distance to local restaurants, downtown shopping and access to ski lifts, it is also extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. The perfect place to stay for a winter vacation in Breck!!

Breckenridge cottage vacation

Cottage has a great location, being only 2 blocks from downtown Breck. very convenient. the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and has hiking trail access within a block. The cottage was more than enough room for the two of us. Having two full bathrooms was great. The fireplace was nice on the cool nights. the only draw back was the lack of a washer/dryer, but there is a laundry one block away. overall a great stay. it was very nice to meet our hostage and chat. Look forward to visiting again next year!

Breck Cottage

Stay was comfortable & relaxing. Short walk to main street. Loved sitting on the lawn chairs in front in the evenings. However, cottage is on a very busy and noisy corner.

Hi, I'm Marie. I was born in New York and met my late husband at an advertising agency on Madison Ave. Business later took us to Houston where we lived for 20 years and then finally to Breckenridge where we had dreamed of living. While in Houston, I had my own catering business and raised our 2 children amidst high school football in Texas! My nine (!!) grandchildren kept me very busy going to even more football games including the Air Force Academy Falcon games (my husband was a veteran)and visiting our son and family in Ft. Lauderdale. Since thenI have been blessed to meet a wonderful man who had also become a widower and we were married in 2015,

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When my late husband retired we could have chosen to live anywhere we wished. We chose Breckenridge for its beauty, activities - winter and summer, and as a place where our family and friends would want to visit. To find a home with an attached guest house was more than we could have hoped for. As family members moved further away we realized how much the guest cottage was enjoyed by friends and we were asked to consider renting it to others for vacations.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I love living in the quaint historic district of Breckenridge . The cottage home is attached to our larger 3-bedroom home but faces High Street with its own porch entrance and private parking. The cottage is located on the north-east corner of Lincoln Ave and High St among other charming historic homes and is only a short 5 minute walk to Main Street. The nearness to downtown makes it extremely convenient to visit and enjoy the highlights of Breckenridge such as our Arts District, Historic Churches, the Concerts at the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's most famous restaurants, the Backstage Theatre, Speakeasy Theatre, Museums and other attractions. Being able to walk anywhere you want to go is a great convenience. The views from this section of town are breathtaking. Enjoy a picnic in the historic park right next door and take in the ever-changing beauty of the mountains.
