This apartment and home were constructed in 2022.Plenty of off-street parking is available.

The lower level, which you will be staying in, was built with no connecting access to the upper level. It has its own private entry and key, with plenty of windows overlooking Lake Ann. There is also a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans if you would like to cook. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room has a large couch two people can sleep on, and a futon provided if you prefer.

Tram access to the lake included, where you can swim, kayak, or canoe, with life jackets available. There is a space for a campfire, however, please be cautious and make sure the fire is extinguished before returning on the tram. Note: the pontoon is NOT part of the rental of this VRBO.

We are only a seven-minute walk away from the Buckingham Trailhead Back Forty Trail, which is a great walking or biking trail.

A Gem of a Place

Our stay was excellent. The property is new and the accommodations were outstanding. The owners are helpful in every way. The lake, nearby hiking, and nature made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!!

Best three days ever!

We arrived to find the property even better than described. The view of the beautiful lake was a central feature, but the apartment was large, almost new, and spotlessly clean. There was a rather steep slope to negotiate, but our hosts made sure that we were able to safely access the area, helping with luggage.

This property was great, and had everything we needed! Views of Lake Ann were beautiful. This is a downstairs unit on a two story home, the owners living upstairs. But it had a separate entrance and was quiet and private. The owners Jim and Jae were very hospitable and treated us like family. There is a tram that goes down to the lake, it was a fun ride.

Great place close to Trails

The home was impeccably clean & comfortable. Back 40 Trailhead was down the street! View of the Lake from every window in the apartment. Owners were extremely friendly, kind & helpful. We took out the Kayaks a few times after a long day of riding bikes on the trail. Perfect end to our day! We highly recommend & will definitely come back again & again!!!

Quiet and peaceful getaway

We booked this place to celebrate our anniversary and to relax and enjoy nature. We enjoyed watching deer, foxes, birds, and squirrels. The lake view from the deck was beautiful. Our hosts, Jim and Jae, were so sweet and friendly. They take great pride in their property and it shows. The property is immaculate. Beautiful furnishings and decor, a comfortable bed, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We plan to visit again in the fall.

Beautiful, peaceful & relaxing

We just returned home from Bella Vista, AR and the most amazing vacation! Jim & Jae are wonderful, gracious hosts & truly care about their guests. The accommodations are first rate, the beautiful lake surrounded by nature is breathtaking. We can't wait to visit again! This place is beautiful and serene. We loved it. We enjoyed our hosts as much as the property. Beautiful stay, great hosts.

We stayed 2 nights. The place is comfortable, clean, well appointed and the view is beautiful. The tram to the water is great. Jim and Jae are wonderful. The whole place is peaceful and serene. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. Wish I could raye it higher. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed how relaxing the area was. Everything we needed was available and the place was really clean. We enjoyed the tram and hanging out down by the water. We hope to plan a longer stay and return soon.

Relaxing, Clean, Beautiful Location!

We really enjoyed our visit!! The location was perfect and close to many trails. We enjoyed our time at the lake as well! The stay was perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable. The hosts were also amazing and readily available if we needed anything at all!! We highly recommend!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay a Jim’s home on Lake Ann. Well stocked, clean and welcoming, the home was perfect. I love the sitting area by the lake. The kayaks were a bonus. It was a wonderful trip, we made lots of lasting memories! Thank you.

Cozy lake house getaway with spectacular views

WOW, great views of the lake. This place is close to hiking trails and kayaks are available on the property. The atmosphere is serene--so peaceful. A great couple getaway! Neat, clean, recently built---the beds are super amazing. Couldn't ask for better hosts!!! They truly have the gift of hospitality!

Weekend with a view.

We very much enjoyed the property. The view of the lake from the bedroom is beautiful. The tram down to the lake was fun and we enjoyed getting to see some wild life while were there. The seclusion, and privacy was wonderful for a getaway from the city, and being only a quick drive from so many attractions in Bentonville made for plenty of activities when we weren’t relaxing at the house.
