This newly-remodeled 2-building compound encompasses the indoor/outdoor living experience, with a stunning outdoor seating, BBQ dining area & Cedar hot tubs. 2 separate houses and multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. 5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms between 2 buildings.
The space
This is a new listing, but everything brand new and managed by an experienced Airbnb Superhost. You can click on my picture to see the other properties I manage. Please note: we have window coverings that were put in the bedrooms and any areas where you would want privacy, they were not up when the pictures were taken. Otherwise pictures show the exact condition of this newly-built house and furnishings.

PLEASE NOTE: your reservation must include all people coming on the property for an period of time. Your booking must include all guests in order to see the correct pricing. Any extra visitors, events, gatherings, filming, commercial, or non-standard use of the property without prior written permission will result in an immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. Any events that exceed our 12 person max must be quoted and booked separately through our event coordinator, not on Airbnb.

We recommend a max of 10 adults as 2 of the beds are double/full size, but we can fit 12 if those beds are used for 2 people. There is a separate area with an Airstream which is not included in this listing, which may be rented out during your stay. We have a different listing which includes the Airstream as well if would like the extra space and privacy.

In order to maintain the property we have our gardeners servicing the property on Mondays and they are typically working the entire day. Our hot tub tech will also come Mondays briefly to service the hot tub. Please note that sometimes we may on rare occasions need to adjust the days of service due to weather/rain or other unexpected events.

Please note indoor fireplace is currently not in use due to high fire risk in this area.

◦ Quiet hours 10pm-8am (no loud music or activities to disturb neighbors)
◦ No smoking of any kind on the property, this is a very high fire hazard area--minimum fee of $1000 applied to replace linens and rent air scrubber if there is any smoke odor in the house after your stay
◦ Number of guests on the property at any time must match reservation, no extra visitors without prior, written approval
◦ No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of property without prior, written authorization (extra fees apply starting at 3x the nightly rate)
◦ When available, early check in or late checkout is $100 (must be pre-approved)
◦ Please note: kids are welcome, but property is not kid-proofed or baby-proofed and there is a steep ravine at the edge of the property that could be very dangerous to children
