You'll have some of the best views imaginable, while being just a stone's throw from downtown! There's a truly impressive network of hiking, biking and walking trails that you can access from the neighborhood, too! Shopping and dining abound in adorable Golden. We're less than 30 mins from Boulder, 25 mins from Denver and a day trip from some of the best Colorado has to offer.

With stunning views from almost every room in the house you'll feel like you're on top of the world.

This house is the perfect family getaway with toys for all ages, including an arcade basketball game, tons of board games, large tv's throughout the house and more. Younger kiddos will love the assortment of building toys, children's books and other fun surprises.

With a large, well stocked kitchen, you can make gourmet dinners for your family get together. The kitchen is stocked with high end knives, great cookware and all the gadgets you could ask for.

The deck has a Weber gas grill as well as a pellet smoker for all of your grilling needs. And the views from every dining table(2 inside and 1 outside) in the house, and deck, are sure to wow.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with a queen and full bed, connected with a double sink jack-and-jill full bathroom. The main floor has a queen bedroom and half bath, and the lower floor has a king bedroom and full bath. 3 1/2 baths in all!

Bring your hiking shoes because you can hike some stunning mountain trails right from the neighborhood. And the surrounding areas are a hiker's paradise.

And don't forget your bikes! The network of biking trails accessible right from the neighborhood is second to none. The Golden Bike Park is not to be missed if you're a mountain biker.

Restaurants, shops, attractions and activities abound in charming Golden, many of which are just a short walk or bike ride away!

Use the inflatable tubes we have for guests to tube down the Clear Creek! Speaking of rivers, anglers will be delighted with the fishing opportunities!

As for day trips...the sky is the limit. Our property is the perfect jumping off point for day trips to Boulder, Denver, ski towns like Breckenridge, and even Rocky Mountain National Park!
