Quiet, Relaxing, and Super clean and Comfortable
Great place to stay convenient to Canyon Lake and the deer coming up to the back porch made the whole trip for my family. We loved the location everything was immaculate and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway
House was super cute and well equipped with all you need for your stay. Comfy beds and great location. Icing on the cake...feeding all the deer. Perfect place to relax and recharge!

Relaxing and quiet
We enjoyed the stay very much. Home was very clean and comfortable. The owners had everything I needed during our stay. We loved the deer and the corn on the patio to feed them! Very close to all the places we wanted to visit and great walk down to the lake!

This is mine and my husband's second time to stay at this amazing house!! Its such a special place to us. I mean your right next to Canyon lake, you get to feed the deer, there's grocery store, places to eat. Also shopping san marcos outlet mall, and you can bring your dog! Great stay at the lake!
We had a wonderful time spending the spring break holiday with another family at this beautiful home. April was responsive upon our arrival and the home was very clean, comfortable (beds were amazing!) for two families, kid friendly and the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. We were able to walk to the lake with the kids, take in a couple of hikes and feed the neighborhood deer each morning and evening…such a special treat for the kiddos!

Such a beautiful house and great host
We had 6 total people and a boat and a jetski. We rented so we would be close to the lake. There are special touches for guests throughout from popcorn to deer feed for the frequent guests to the back patio and beyond. It was a great layout and coincidentally nearly identical appliances to the ones we have. It felt like a home away from home and April was immediately responsive to anything we needed. The house is well loved and immaculate.
One thing of note--the driveway is fairly steep until the top where it levels out. You will need to be okay with that fact. We did have enough room for both watercraft but it was a small hike up a hill to the house. :)

Beautiful Home in Canyon Lake
The home is exactly as the listing shows, it is a beautiful home! The owner thought of everything! The beds were so comfortable, I meant to look to see what kind of mattress toppers were on the beds but I forgot! It was not as close to the lake as I had hoped, but that was my fault for not paying closer attention to the details provided. The deer every morning and evening were the highlight of our stay! Thank you for leaving the corn, we replaced what we used, which was quite a bit! Lol. The only thing I wished would have been different was the back yard, it was pretty grown up so we really weren’t able to utilize the back yard to the extent we would have liked, but the front deck was beautiful! Overall was a wonderful stay, would definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Gonzalez getaway
Our stay was absolutely amazing ! This was our first time staying near canyon lake. The home was beautiful. It was so clean and decorated. The host was literally able to think about every necessity you would possible need or even forget. They well accommodate your family and even your pets. The best thing about the home, was the deer. My family was able to watch and feed them right from the back yard. My daughter even got to and feed one. They provided the feed. Memories were created and I can’t wait for our next trip. We will definitely return and will recommend to all my friends and family. April was a top notch host. She communicated before and after the trip. She was ready to provide information about the area and things to do. Big thank you from all of us ! God bless .
