To be fair, the property was as expected and we have been staying in this area for over a decade.
The property management company they use, Vacasa, was non responsive when we had trash and waste piling up in our unit, all remotes were dead for all tvâs, AC needed maintenance and wouldnt work consistently. We contacted Vacasa and they told us to just leave the trash out on the porch which was ludicrous given it attracts bears. Took them 6 days of our 8 day stay to remove garbage. They would take our calls and tell us someone would come to pick things up and leave batteries, they just never did anything and never called us back. Not fair to the property owner, but they need to switch asap. Ive never experienced anything like it where we spent every day trying to get a basic request done like âwhere do we discard trashâ.
This is a great place for a home base in North Conway! The condo is well stocked in every way, extra blankets, pillows, anything you might need in the kitchen, coloring and games. It was a perfect amount of space for our family of 5 and appreciated being able to spread out a bit. The only downside is that it needs a deep cleaning. The linens and bathrooms were clean, but there was a lot of dust and build up around the edges in every room.
This condo is nice enough, pretty much as advertised in terms of beds and baths and renovations. Aside from the spider webs at the entrance (bottom of the staircase), the house was clean. The management company who manages the rental was awful. We never got a wifi code from them (the one they listed wasnât correct), they never told us where the dumpsters were (so we had trash sitting in the condo) and they simply did not reply to my multiple messages. It was quiet frustrating and I wonât be staying there again - only because of the management company and lack of communication. The checkout instructions that were left on the fridge were completely contradictory to the instructions that were emailed to me. We paid a cleaning fee and yet they expected us to strip the beds, wash the towels, do all dishes and take all trash. I do not recommend.
