Welcome to "The Oasis" on Easy Street. This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2 bath duplex, has an in-ground heated salt water pool and is located mid island in a quiet residential area with a 2 minute walk to Ft. Myers Beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It can accommodate six people. With enough living space to relax and unwind, this charming home offers a casual island feel. This home has central climate control and is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home, PLUS the tropical setting!

This 2nd floor home invites you in with open concept living and vaulted ceilings. The large, comfortable furniture calls for you to sit, relax, and begin your vacation here in Paradise. Watch a movie, play a game, or curl up with an enjoyable book. From the living room, a 13’ sliding door opens to the lanai where you can dine or just take in the view of the neighborhood. The formal dining room offers another dining spot to enjoy a home cooked meal prepared in a kitchen well equipped with all new modern appliances. Moving down the hallway, you'll find an enclosed washer and dryer for your convenience. The next stop is the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and TV for late night viewing. The attached balcony is a great star gazing spot. An ensuite bathroom adds to your privacy. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, and the second bedroom has a queen. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.

Head to the beach for a day of sun and fun at the seven miles of sugar sand beach that awaits you just across the street then come back to the house to cool off in your heated saltwater pool, which is fully fenced for your privacy. Relax poolside on one of the loungers or enjoy a cocktail at the water's edge. The pool is shared with the lower unit, which is also available for rent if you need additional space. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening as well - start off by watching the beautiful sunsets. Estero Island has numerous restaurants and nightlife for your choosing, and you are in the middle of it all location-wise. Take the trolley north to the beach front Junkanoo and Fresh Catch restaurants, or continue to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. To the south is a theater where you can order a meal and relax in comfy swivel chairs. There is also the Santini Marina Plaza with unique shops and restaurants. Water activities abound that include jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin, and sunset tours. Close by is the Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West. Other close by things to do and places to visit include Sanibel Island, world famous for its seashells, Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone, Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
