We offer: - 3 bedrooms (can sleep 7 comfortably) - 1.5 bath - WIFI - 50" LCD TV in Living Room with Roku TV - Air conditioning (Heat Pump) - Full kitchen - Living room - Back deck with a BBQ. - Large fire pit - Water frontage with private access
With the village of Tyne Valley a short drive away, this favourable location will allow you to truly enjoy your time in this little piece of heaven!
We had such a lovely 3-day stay. The cottage is cozy and super clean, with a beautiful view of the water. In the morning, we sipped coffee and enjoyed the view from the deck, and then we did some incredible stargazing at night. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need: games, books, spare blankets, spices, crayonsâwhatever you need, it's there. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room to hang out as a group or relax in a cozy rocking chair with a book and a cup of tea.Would highly recommend. The owners were lovely, and checking in was super simple. We'll be back for sure!
Overall the property was great. The space and cottage were qell maintained. It was clean. Necessities were all there (towels, toilet paper, kitchen items). Air conditoning in the master bedroo. Was also very nice. The hosts were helpful with their check in package and heads up about items theough the week.Lack of laundry facilities was a bit challenging, also the water acces is not very usable. I would also warn ither guests about mosquitos and the limited hot water (we had 6 people staying so it required careful planning if you wanted a hot ahower).
The house is clean collin and Laura were a trxt away, the neighbor is very freindly gave us recommendations, we spent every evening around the fireplace
Home away from home. Gorgeous view, comfy beds, spacious living room, yard, and kitchen. We enjoyed every minute. Loved exploring the ocean creatures and kayaking in calm clear water. Gracious hosts, quick replies, kind, helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you Collin and Laura
This cottage is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Everything you might need is there. All you need to bring is yourself, your clothes, and food. Great stay, will definitely stay here again if we do this in the future!
Great cottage. Clean. Well maintained. Well equipped with almost everything. Extra blankets. Toys. Lots of towels. Spacious. Beautiful location. If youâre not happy here, youâre not happy anywhere. Sunsets are breathtaking.
We had a great stay at the cottage. Such a beautiful and serene place. We even caught a lot of fish! (Striped bass).
We have family in the area so it was a great location for us.
We would definitely stay here again (I hadnât realized that there was no guest laundry though, which was a bit of a pain for a 2 week stay. The closest laundromat is in Summerside).
Hosts are very responsive
Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in quiet Tyne Valley. The house comfortably fits six (close) adults (the walls are thin so you hear everything). Kayaking in the water was lovely, but it's muddy and full of algae so definitely not for swimming. The only downside was that the house was full of mosquitos from faulty window screens and the A/C window unit in one of the bedrooms. Otherwise we loved PEI and were happy to find such a relaxing location!
We knew we'd love this place before we got there because Collin and Laura were so helpful to us visitors from Scotland. The space was perfect for a teen, a twenty a 78yr old grandma and two frazzled parents and the cottage had EVERYTHING we needed and beyond. A couple of things needed checked and Collin came by as soon as he could and sorted them.
Outside was a joy, we swam and kayaked each day, used the camp fire and watched the sun set. If you don't like squidgy silt and seaweed take some water shoes!
Location wise it was perfect for our needs. Our favourite things to do were Beach Goats, Lennox Island, North Cape, getting shellfish from 5 star Shellfish andcthen barbequing it on the porch. We lived Moth Lane Brewery too.
Thanks to Collin and Laura for a fabulous stay.
Great cottage. Well stocked and has books/ toys for kids. If they donât have it, you probably donât need It. Great spot close to Tyne Valley and Richmond for ice cream, groceries, and a few restaurants. Easy access to the water for launching kayaks and watching sunsets.
We had a perfect stay at Laura and Collin's cottage! It was my first time visiting PEI and this gorgeous home was a great home-base for us as we explored - especially as the recommendations given were awesome. Location is great and the view was incredible (especially the sunset)! We LOVED having access to kayaks (we took off from their beach and went for a relaxing 3-4 hour adventure) and enjoyed the fire pit at night. We made most of our meals here and had everything we needed at our disposal to cook as if we were right at home. So grateful we stayed here!
This was perfect for the four adults. Beautiful view & access to the beach right on site. So close to lots of attractions. I will not hesitate to recommend your place to families & adults. Thank you very much
This cottage was purchased as a place to stay when we visited PEI while we worked in Alberta. We fell in love with the space, the access to the water and the peace and serenity it provides!
We are happy to share our special getaway with you and truly hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
We can't think of a better spot that offers the breathtaking sunsets like this cottage does. There is nothing better than the firepit crackling and hearing the sounds of nature around you as you look off to the sunset glistening off the shore.
