Our Youth group stayed here for a conference, very specious and super clean. Highly recommended.

Layout was great! Temperature in the house was great. Everything was clean except master shower. Beds were very comfortable! Lawn needs mowing and sump pump check valve needs to be fixed, but we made them aware of that and they noted they were fixing them. When those few things are fixed this would hands down be. 5 star place to stay.

It was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was the middle spot between the town we went for graduation and visiting Chicago.

Very convenient location and easy to get to. The house gave us a lot of room to spread out. It was so nice to have a garage to keep our bikes in while we were off doing other things.

Home away from home

Great place to stay! Close to everything we needed and we felt as if we were right at home. Would definitely do it again! Owners were extremely polite and accommodating through the whole experience.

Family Time

The location of the home was great! Driving distance to everything -- shopping, food, entertainment. We were visiting the area for a family reunion in Aurora which was only 10 minutes away.

Easy access to evwrything

This home was easily accessible to everywhere we needed to be for the wedding weekend. Restaurants , shopping etc also very close. Lots of room for 7 of us to move about.

Delightful Ranch

A group of 7 gathered for a wedding. We all enjoyed the stay. Plenty of space for all. The landscaping needs attention.

Perfect spot for a family

Love this property. We had two littles and two seniors with walking difficulties with us that made it tough to fit our needs. This house worked well with just a couple of steps into the house, wood flooring in house, baby gate by stairs to basement and walk in shower in the master bedroom.

Nice clean place with plenty of beds

In a nice neighborhood. Sleeps plenty of people. There are two queen beds in the basement that I don’t remember seeing in the pictures and that was a welcome surprise. It sleeps a lot of people but one of the house rules that you get on arrival say you can’t park in the street so don’t bring a lot of cars with you. There is room in the garage for two cars so we made it work with our 5 with a little overhang into the sidewalk.

The house is spacious and was relatively clean inside though could use better seating in the living area and back patio. The outside of the property and landscaping is very unkempt with large weeds everywhere. The owner could do better providing supplies such as trash bags, paper products and hangers for their guests. We had to purchase a supply of hangers when we arrived (which we left for the next guests).

Avoid if possible! We stayed here for a week and walked in for the first time to see ant traps everywhere and poison all over the floor. We had toddlers trying to pick them up and slipping on poison that was wet on the wood floors. There was a giant hole in the ceiling in the basement bedroom with exposed pipes. We had to deal with an ant infestation the entire trip in multiple areas of the house and multiple spiders as well. There was also a loud banging noise coming from a closed off room in the basement that kept banging every few minutes making it difficult to sleep. When we reached out to the host, we had to have someone come and check it out the next morning and we were informed that it was the water pump and nothing could be done with the noise. Overall, extremely disappointed in this stay as it was a complete 180 from the pictures and didn’t realize we would be dealing with a pest infestation our entire trip. I would avoid this place if possible.

Very nice home in a residential neighborhood.

We wanted to get our whole family together for a week long visit, but our own home was just too small to hold three couples and a 1 year old. So we looked for a VRBO that would have enough sleeping space and yet close enough to another family member who lived locally. This home was ideal! The lower level was perfect for the couple who had the baby, and the rest of us took the main floor bedrooms. Everything was very nice, and the home offered everything we needed. It was very clean and well furnished. There is a nice walking/bike trail close by and lots of shopping and restaurants about 1/2 mile away. We would certainly recommend this home and the owner.

We could not get inside the home when we got there…….they sent us the wrong passcode for the front door. It took almost a half hour to actually talk to someone about the problem. The house was beautiful but there were no instructions as to what we were to do when checking out. (I was supposed to receive an email with checkout instructions but never received one.). I just hope we left the place in as good a condition as we found it with the exception of the bedding. We left those and the towels on the floor.

overall a nice place

The issues we had with our stay was no kitchen linens and there was a rotten apple core under the sink and no sugar in the sugar bowl. The extra bath had significant mold in the tub area and the shelves were falling off the wall. Also- the back yard was pretty overgrown. The gate for downstairs probably should have been replaced with a better one, as it had been stretched out badly by previous renters. Our hosts were very responsive to our initial requests, and these critiques would not be very costly and would greatly improve the stay of future renters. we did not say anything because we really weren't staying long and to fix them would have disrupted our stay more than the inconvenience of the needed changes.
