Smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the Tiny Home is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction and a $350 smoke remediation fee â no exceptions.

We welcome your furry friends with a few important guidelines:

âą $100 pet fee per pet, invoiced separately
âą Please provide your petâs breed and size when booking
âą Pets must remain leashed at all times outdoors
âą Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage

To conserve energy, the A/C is turned off until check-in. It may feel warm when you first arrive, but it cools down quickly once turned on.

This home uses a compact, RV-style toilet system. Itâs fully functional, but mild odors may occasionally occurâespecially in Houstonâs heat or high humidity. Weâve done everything we can to manage it, but itâs part of the unique setup.
