The house has a wonderful layout for several families. The screened in porch was large and very nice for eating meals or just hanging out. The pool was big with plenty of chairs. Although the walk to the beach is very scenic, it was a bit too long when carrying chairs, etc. to the beach. I didn't realize that because the beach is a state park, beach set-ups are not allowed

Wonderful vacation. House was perfect for our family of 10. We have visited Watersound West for the past 7 years and this home was by far the best suited for our family needs. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided adequate space for our group, while giving us privacy at the same time. We spent just about every evening sitting out on the screened in porch area. We also enjoyed the bikes provided for us. Paradise Found was perfect and we look forward to coming back.

Perfect family beach house

We had the most amazing time. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect for our family. We were sad to leave, but look forward to coming back.

November Getaway

We brought our son and his wife along with us. This house is perfect for couples needing separate space to relax in the mornings or evenings. Rode bikes thru the neighborhood and to the beach. Perfect Segway into 60

This is our second visit to this beautiful home. Each room has its own bathroom which is essential with so many adults. The decor is classic, the kitchen is well equipped, the management staff is superior and the location is quite yet close to everything. My family spent the week celebrating my 60th and I couldn’t have imagined a better way !!

WaterSound West Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has now stayed at 6 different properties in the WaterSound West Beach community and this home ranks amongst the top 2. We hope to return as quickly as we can. I was not expecting Rokus built-in to every TV that I operated but that was a nice touch, allowing us to login to our favorite streaming services when we needed a rest from the sun. We like to rent beach chairs at the neighboring Walton Dunes Beach Access (1 mile by foot or bike) during our stays in this community. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen at this house. They provide more than ample kitchen equipment to use and providing a large role of aluminum foil was a nice touch. The laundry room is sporting a Speed Queen washer and dryer set. I was thrilled as I had heard amazing things about Speed Queen appliances but had never had a chance to try them out before. There was plenty of beach toys available to borrow in the garage that my kids really enjoyed.My family was very pleased with just about everything related to the house on this trip. If you plan on using the included bikes, plan on starting your vacation by checking the air pressure. My experience is that rental homes with bikes included have rental agreements with local bike rental companies. These bikes do not get constantly serviced. Each of the tires were between 40% to 55% inflated and a chain fell off while my wife was riding. The bike rental service took great care of us and I don't hold the homeowner responsible. Royal Destinations may want to have their own people assess the bikes monthly or so.Overall, we loved the house.

Absolute Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home with my extended family and our children. This house was so clean, quiet and incredibly well built. The kitchen was well stocked and every bed was cozy! My favorite part was the deck off of the back of the home that backed up to the water way. This provided loads of privacy and we rarely saw any other people despite the fact that our visit was during a busy time of year! We will definitely be renting this home again and can absolutely recommend anyone looking to rent this gorgeous home!

Paradise Found - I agree!

The downstairs layout was a continuous, open flow from dining room, kitchen, bar, den and outside screened in dining porch. The view of the lake was so nice and peaceful. Bike rides and trails were wonderful. Fantastic community pool and home is close to the Hub to the right and Seagrove/Seaside to the left. The home itself was well stocked for cooking/entertaining. Super clean and well maintained. We will return.
