My family was visiting Cherry Grove for 2 weeks. The condo had everything we needed. Unit was very clean and appliances were all fairly new. We would definitely stay at this unit again and I highly recommend Paradise Point unit.

We loved it. Having 6 chairs on the balcony was a great surprise. It had very nice décor and the kitchen had a lot of gadgets which is always. The appliances are showing a little age. The higher seated toilets would have been nice. We will stay there again. Could not have asked for a better time. Thank you for having us.

Great Stay!

Six adults enjoyed this 3bedroom condo. It was the cleanest accommodation I have ever experienced in a rental condo! The pool, elevators and hallways were always spotless! I would definitely recommend these hosts to all my family and friends!

Perfect place for the week!

The property was clean and comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean from the patio, a great place to relax and read between walks and boogie boarding outings. We've been staying in this general area for many years and this location is our go to. The check in and check out process was incredibly painless and the people at Seaside could not have been nicer. We usually avoid renting through property management companies but this one did a great job - we would absolutely work with them again!

Beautiful place

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. All the rooms we perfect for our needs. The view was amazing looking at the ocean. It is a bummer we can't leave leave any unopened items such as bottles of water but I understand. I would definitely consider going back to this condo!

Great rental!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained, clean, updated, nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated in beach decor. The patio furniture was clean and well built unlike some properties that just provide plastic chairs. We would rent this again during a slower time. It was senior beach week, and the beach was over crowded. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Family Vaca

The condo was as described for the most part. The only complaints I have is that the parking deck is very TIGHT! The entrance from pool to the beach is like walking up a VERY STEEP sandy hill so if you have anyone with bad knees or handicapped or elderly you have to walk down two building to the public access that doesn’t have a hill to climb.

Great location

Location was very nice and quiet. Only issue was we never got code to actually enter condo then when we got the code the door lock was broken to enter with the code. Had to wait almost an hour for maintenance to get there to let us in. A little stressful with 5 kids waiting on the 6th floor with railing. Other than that was great maintenance was great and helped us out.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful and location was perfect! We booked her because of the location as well as the indoor and outdoor pool. Unfortunately, the day before we were scheduled to be there, they called and told us the pools were closed. They offered us a small refund or option to cancel. Because it was the day before we decided to stay but had to call a few times to get a larger discount. Again, condo was beautiful but disappointed that more of a refund was not given due to the fact that that was the reason we booked there.
